I like the idea of drinkable overnight oats. I usually put protein powder in mine to get carbs and protein since I struggle sometimes getting protein as a plant based athlete.
Love overnight oats but I add protein powder and blend it. Keep 2 shakes with me in a cooler bag to fuel before and after sessions. Easy way to get lots of protein! And don't forget the creatine, add one scoop in the last shake of the day💪💪💪💪

Never tried DRINKING my oats...I'm curious... Definitely good for on the go Moms! I have spilled too many bowls of oatmeal in my car! :)
Oats are my go-to before any longer endurance sessions ;) If it's before an early morning session, cherrios, PB and some banana slices do the job!
