I love dress up your purse. I think most of their items are worth the money. I honestly like the fact that the Togo leather is light. The epsom leather is a lot more rigid and doesn’t have that powdery feeling but is still pretty light.

I have the trio set in pink, purple and blue. I gifted the big enveloppe, I use the medium one for my driving licence and the small one for my mask. I also have the key pouch when I don’t want to damage my bag. All are good quality.
I prefer the DUYP key pouch and the fact it is thin and just the leather because even with 6 credit cards, it remains super thin and takes up hardly any room in a very small bag. I love the soft dry, powdery feel of Togo leather. I also bought a small envelope in both the Togo leather and the Epsom leather. I am not a fan of the Epsom leather though. I have a bunch of DUYP items and I love the Paris 15 and Petite Paris 15; both are wonderfully made bags. I have noticed that I have to air out my bags for about 3 weeks due to the glue or adhesive they use. I don’t like having to do this, but the smell if very strong. I wish the would air out the bags first before shipping them. The same smell does not come through on any of the SLGs though and I am happy about that.
I just received almost $1200 worth of items from them and as a first time buyer am very unhappy with their customer service. I also received a bag that smells so bad it is currently sitting in a room with the windows open for the past few days to air out. I contacted CS and they said it was the smell of leather. That is garbage it is the same strong odor you are describing. Can you tell me how you got it out, did you just air it out for a few weeks? One of the other bags arrived with a defect on the front of the bag and after sending them photos they replied it was a natural defect. This company seems to take no responsibility for its quality. I am currently awaiting another pre order bag and am now dreading what might be wrong with it. This reviewer seems to be the only one on youtube being honest.
DUYP fan here 🙋🏾♀️! LOL! That purple/violet color is super pretty. I hear you on the key pouch showing bumps. I think it's like that with Togo leather which is kinda annoying.
When I was 12 my mom took me to the LV on Bloor Street in Toronto. I had my fake LV from luxrul on my arm and thought I was cute. The sweet sales ladies let me try on a bag and a pair of heels knowing we were not wealthy and couldn't afford to purchase anything. It as really nice. No one seemed to care I had a fake bag and I felt special. They even gave me a paper shopping bag which I used as a lunch bag for weeks after!! :) Who cares if people don't have real ones? I'm 30 now and ironically, although I can afford them I still prefer real people with fake bags than fake people with real bags. Just saying :) (not that everyone who carries a real one is bad or vice versa.) Just means I don't care if people carry fakes.
I have tried the 3 pouch set from DUYP that’s like the LV kirigami set and wanted to try the key pouch but couldn’t decide on a color. I’m glad that you compared it to the LV key pouch because if I already have one of those I may just keep what I have.
@@NothingButBags yeah the LV key pouch is far better imo . Feels way more durable . It is fun to have more colors but I don’t think I’ll get another one .
I have been wanting to try some stuff from DUYP but everything I am interested in has been sold out since March 😂. Having different textures (and shapes) for SLGs is genius in my opinion. I have 2 very active boys so I’m usually one handed. TFS❤❤

I have seen some very good replicas, such as the bag I bought at kislux . The craftsmanship of modern replicas is becoming increasingly sophisticated, and they are within millimeters of each other. It is difficult to tell which ones are fake.
I am not a fan of the togo leather. I bought the Paris 15 in black and I didn't really like the feel of the leather. It seems flat to me no shine. Hermes makes bags out of it, but I can't afford Hermes bags. I bought the corsica that you bought in lilac, it is the same style as the Hermes Calvi. Not my favorite piece in either brand but the color is pretty. I do have a DUYP vachetta strap that I bought for my Pochette Metis in honey and I love it. In my opinion that is what they do best is replacement straps. Thanks for the video what would this world look like if we all liked the same thing. Boring!

I put a hair tie similar to the color of the handle and then hook charms on that. Your other cherry charm might work then.

I’m hoping that over time it gets more supple. I was expecting more as far as feeling went, but I like how the pochette has good organization 🤷🏼♀️
