The SIP website shows the middle bar of the light lit up, I didn't see that in your video - just the lower half and the top half. Is there a reason for that?
Yes, I initially didn’t connect the middle bar as I was short a 12V feed. I wanted something that was independent of high and low beam. I connected it later and didn’t film it.
Are you happy with the replacement headlight fixture ? When i did mine a year and a half ago it was a instant difference. It took me longer to decide what headlight replacement i wanted then it did to install it. How donyou feel about your new headlight?

I like it. It’s definitely brighter, but more importantly, it has a nice flat beam. I’ll probably like it even more in winter on my dark commute.
