I can listen to you for hours Lucy, there are some videos from other people that really irritates sadly just can’t listen to some voices. So pleased you got so much for Christmas, going to watch this one again and make a note of some of those gorgeous books.

They look exactly like Brutfuner rounds. They even have the same names.
I am going to hold my breath until you have used the Kalour pencils to complete a full picture. I bought the pastel set and I was so disappointed. I need a good affordable alternative to Prismacolors. I love your haul, I am totally jelly!!! 😋

The jelly guache is great Lucy. They do dry out eventually, but just spritz them with water and they’ll reactivate just fine.

I believe that VieVie Finds a Friend is the same as Droom Reise
I just got the set of 72 Kingart mixed media gel sticks a few days ago and I paid $56 for them from Amazon. I really love them! I didn't realize I could use them with one of those brushes though, so thank you for sharing that idea! I will have to see if I can find those brushes now!

Lucy the Maria Trolle book you’re after is on Amazon ( uk ) in hardback with the name Droom Reis, it fluctuates in price but is at £13.49 which is what I paid about a year ago xx

Wonderful haul, just have to raid my Christmas savings now. The Kalour have been on my radar for a while and some of the books you showed are pricking my interest too. Thank you Lucy. X x
I just put the middle palette on, then pop the whole thing into a big snap lock bag and then click the top lid on…. My jelly gouache are now 18+ months in and still juicy and not mouldy, I’ve added no extra water or glycerin
mix your cheap acrylic paint with cornstarch for more opacity
Tip for the gouache, do not open to swatch, leave closed until you actually want to use or they will dry out. Fun supplies, I look forward to seeing you create beautiful art with them ❣️
Lucy I am so so happy you sound much better. I was so worried about you not being well especially over Christmas which I know you absolutely love. Thankyou for sharing all your lovely supplies and books. Please may I ask you to use your Kalour pencils in the Colorya book with the Shuttle art acrylic paints if you have the time. That would be wonderful to see. 🌸🌸

Of all the stationery items I acquired this year, even as I stand in the kitchen making my own watercolors, the Shuttle Art Gel Crayons are my favorite! I usually apply it with a blender brush and have gotten some phenomenal backgrounds.
Advice: if you want to layer up to a rich color, I recommend letting the layers "dry" a bit between each application. It helps prevent some lifting of the color already on the paper.

Great haul! I was wondering if you could use your old tool for the pan pastels and put the round sponge on it ( the blue plastic tool with the round sponge from the new set )? Merry Christmas!!

I'm interested in your thoughts about the paper in this book. And if you did the page in any pencils but not Prismas ;) I would be in colouring heaven ;););)
