"How to Jump" would probably be the best item for the challenge "Junkie", since it allows Isaac to leap to anywhere pretty fast. Maybe the Wafer could help with the challenge "Communist"? Any familiar and flight would definitely help complete the challenge "Hive".
I actually testetd How to Jump while editing out of curiosity. The "speed down" is coded in a way that makes even the jump of the book way shorter ^^' but it's a big help either way, allowing you to dodge at least some attacks... And yeah familiars can make the Hive challenge possible but I totally fail to see the point behind that one... like at all ^^'
And with enough pills and cards you may actually be able to get more than base stats. Also breakfast is a great challenge for scamming the devil out of his deals. Serves him right for not selling me Brother Bobby.

You can win The Hive if you manage to get a treasure room right next to the start and if there's a shooting familiar in said treasure room, like brother bobby. So it's not really unwinnable, just a tidious and really goddamn annoying process.

He would die hillarious deaths etc. However, since I literally covered all the items in my videos I know all of them. This completely removes the fun part of it. I mean... why would I take items that just outright kill me when I know it beforehand? ^^ I think it would be totally boring to watch a run where I ignore 90% of the mod's items. I could think about doing one of the challenges but ohh boy.....
All things considered, the breakfast challenge isn’t so terrible. My last 5 edens runs had less than starting damage, garbage speed and tears rate and I beat it lives but then died on Sheol lol I was hurt. Not a single damage upgrade 😂 I got trolled hard
Curse of the lost is a pretty cool idea when you think about it. You have to manage between staying far away from enemies or lining them all up together

On the assumption that you aren't joking, I'll explain. People don't really hate it, it's just slightly annoying. It begins to appear very frequently when an item pool has run out of items, and all it does is provide you with health, something that doesn't even expand past 12 hearts (or 24 HP), so stacking it isn't very useful once you reach that point, unlike other stats that can reach very high amounts. It's not very useful in the BREAKFAST challenge because it _only_ provides you with HP, and being the _only_ item that appears in that challenge, does not help the run go by any faster, unlike damage and the other stats.

Junkie isn't that bad as long as you hold R until item room with speed up. But the trek from the starting room center to the item would be unbearable everytime. Breakfast sucks, but at least you would have a lot of health. Also, bosses could be helped with cards, pills, and bombs of course. Communist is just Rebirth Lost plus some tears and fear from the starting items, and I guess to avoid the insta death you would need the wafer or cancer(?) in the 1st floor? Curse of the lost is just rebirth lost but with insta kill so actually easier. Only thing that makes it impossible are the kamikaze stoneys and flies in whybirth. Hive requires getting a familiar then is quite possible. Trafficker is easy, but I don't even know what this is a reference to. Up and Down isn't bad, infinite pickups and good average damage. Killing the lamb(?) would suck but overall, if you can still get regular good items, not that bad with only 3 hp.

This is one of the worst mods ive ever seen. For a joke mod to work it needs to be "funny" for more than 3 seconds and usually the game needs to be playable. Might as well have named the mod "The Nothing" and deleted every asset of the game.
Some of the challenges were actually bugged and got fixed in a patch! Check my followup video in the description to sse which ones are "doable" now :D
