Great video! The IFE screens appear to be the same as when I flew on a Qantas A380 to and from London back in 2017. It was good that a flight attendant went out of her way to find meals for your kids. My experience on the Sydney to London route was that the staff all seemed to be enjoying their jobs.
what do you reccomend for a family of four? book the seat of four in a row? or do as u did by reserving two 3 seats and hoping that no one sits in the middle? love the video
That was the strategy and it worked on this particular trip. Other times we are not so lucky. But at least we get two two so that one parent is taking care of a child. Recommendation is to book the two seats in the row of 3.
I have not done a review from San Diego or San Francisco. Partly because they are not where I usually transit from. But maybe in the future I can explore flights from those regions/destinations.
I Prefer Singapore Airlines instead of Qantas for A380s! And my most favorite A380 airline is Emirates! I also prefer Emirates Instead of British Airways for A380s!

Overhead space was good. I don’t remember the specific group, but we boarded the same time as business class.

I’m trying to book flights Sydney to Los Angeles at the moment and they are $1400 each. How did you get them so cheap?
We booked one way from SYD to RDU and connected in LAX. I’m sure round trip would have been that price. Also, it depends on the time and demand.

From the cabin space, I prefer them over BA and Etihad. From the interior look, Etihad. Have yet to experience it with Emirates.

Not sure about which side to sit at. But as for going up, you’re not allowed to do so. They block the stairway.
