En este modelo, no sé cuál es la especificación de su modelo.
      Brake
      caliper to carrier Front28 Nm
Twin piston caliper = 32 Nm

Pumping the pedal once pads have been fitted I always pump the pedal while engine running,

Makes no difference other than servo assistance.

Did you push that screwdriver against the disc to push piston back?if so isn’t there risk of damaging the disc

There is not much force behind a properly functioning piston so the disc will be fine.

Can I ask what grease do you use for the calliper pins?

Did that insignia have locking wheel nuts,if so I’d never use an impact gun on the locking wheel nut, that’s my thought,no offense intended or implied

Can not remember, however I use the gun and if the wheel nuts do not spin off as they should I won't carry on with the impact, putting them on I just snug them up with the gun and then torque them up.
