I can't stop listening for this charming duet
I've just come back to this after a decade, and it's struck me with painful clarity that this song (and your rendition) sparked the passion I have for travel. I use to listen to this song on repeat while planning my trips. I never knew what I was chasing, but I understand now that it was the meaning of this song, and the feelings inside of it.

Why, thank you :). The arrangement was written by Michael Rafter, if I'm not mistaken. It's on Sutton Foster's new CD, and she sings it as a duet with Megan McGinnis (her co-star in Little Women).

The reverb was actually partially caused due to our sound system, but mostly took place due to the acoustics in the room when it was recorded. There was nothing edited by me or altered aside from a fade in/fade out in the beginning and end of the video. Thank you for watching :)

It's about breaking free of your constraints. To me, it was always about leaving my tiny, oppresive small Ohio town for college, where I could finally be who I really am and always have wanted to openly be.

Fuddy Duddy Bella Well it was originally a solo piece, I believe. There are plenty solo versions of this song here on RUclips. I would purchase sheet music for this song, regardless of whether it is a solo or duet arrangement, and then I'd just learn the solo bit. Good luck, and break a leg!
