He doesn't humiliate him at all. You can see the older dancer really respects the boy's dancing and is enjoying the competition. They are both incredibly talented.

It looked like he was challenging the boy and boy took the challenge. The boy appeared to adapt to what was being thrown at him and learn a counter with his gestures in between his sets. The older guy truly appreciated the challenge which can be seen by his joy. It was a lot of fun and the crowd loved it too.

Fred Astaire was still alive when break dancing became so popular. A lot of people saw it in a negative way. When Fred was interviewed about it he surprised everyone when he said he thought it was a fantastic form of dance and if he was younger he would give it a try. He encouraged the dancers to go for it! I wonder if that guy was the kids teacher. It looked like he was genuinely challenging the kid in a playful way and also proud of his skills.

The greatest thing about this culture is that there is and was almost always mutual respect. That’s all that I see. Outstanding skill and yet they keep it fun. Great video

That was so fun to watch. The guy was amazing and the young man was awesome. I loved when the guy in the white shirt came out and grabbed him. Maybe his dad? Thanks for posting this!!! 😊

This child has a better internal rhythmic meter than the champ!! It's not the just stunts...it's the stunts and the feeling. They're both cool dancers, but this child is lovely🤩

The kid was the winner from the beginning. The kid had the courage to challenge the guy
That made him a winner from the beginning

This was planned Im pretty sure and the guy had the courage to accept the challenge and let the kid shine. A child will always, and I mean ALWAYS win the crowd, and you don’t try to kill a kids confidence. The adult was very humble and even helped feed the crowd like when he picked the kid up. He wanted the youngster to do well. I commend him for that.

The fact that he even tried to impress a little kid was enough for me . . .
    The kid blew him away.
Too bad it took me almost 10 years to finally see this . . .
