Electro Pop and Color Burst refers only to the 5 new colours in the 24 set, the remaining 19 are ordinary Sharpie colours. The Electro Pop and Color Burst could also be bought separately as 5-packs.

They're not no. Unfortunately the colours are only named in the package they come in.
