honestly all you really need is crit chance crit damage and munitions if you don't have a riven you can run a Bane or slash mod for the weight . between the slash and toxin on this gun and the viral on alt fire it is a freaking beast I have dropped level cap in disruption and survival with this with ease I've put well over 500 slash procs to an enemy in seconds and it removed health . the best part is its unlimited amo
for a riven is simple multi cc cd -impact or reload cc cd - impact either of these even with the low dispo make this thing even stronger.

You don't need contagious spread bc default fire mode has toxin, for savvy
What I do and only works for gauss or wisp bc of fire rate is
Gal savvy hell and acceleration, critical deceleration primed ravage primed ammo stock primed charged shell hunter munitions then for last spot either faction mod or primed point blank.

Arcane acceleration does not work on bubunico, you have to use arcane tempo instead

Why corrosive HM replace the toxin mod for galv savvy and replace the electric mod for cold so you get viral on the primary fire
If I may: you said you wanted to find a place to put galvanized savvy on right? Put it over your toxin mod. All you need is primed charged shell, because that alone, gives your primary fire corrosive, and it makes your aoe alt fire do electricity and viral, so that’s more elements for savvy to shine, because you can use a primer like epitaph for more corrosive if you want, and the electricity stun is so useful tbh. Keep the bane mod… you always need that for a steel path build🤣

mostly what do you prefer what feels good both or insane . but in the grand scheme cedo does better boss melt and add melt universally cause of its gundition and it has a better status spread alt fire . bubonico leans more on its slash procs to kill while cedo just does crazy damage when modded and uses right. I prefer bubonic cause I don't need to worry about amo and I can fire forget woth no down time on alt fire like cedo . for bosses I'd go cedo (litchs star chart boss etc) for everything else probably bubonico
