      Maybe you shouldn’t claim to know how you would behave in a tragic situation because you don’t actually know. I’m sure Burke was interviewed at the time and likely had years of therapy. I've always been intrigued by this case because it was all over the news when I was a little girl. Jon Benet and I are around the same age. I never thought the parents were involved, but had some suspicions just based on all of the information or misinformation that is out there. This interview has completely changed my view of a lot of preconceived notions/ideas/beliefs I had. I saw a different side of John and now really pity the hand he's been dealt. I look forward to all the things you all are working on, and pray that there is justice for JonBenet and her family sometime soon.

      Do it. Please do it. They failed this little girl on so many levels from the very beginning. And pressure from the public is going to be the only way to get their asses in gear and start testing stuff they’ve refused to test even when John has offered to foot the bill for the new testing so it does not cost the government a penny. It’s ridiculous why would you not accept it and let him pay your labs and make some kind of way forward for Justice for this baby.

    So, some people actually think the 9 year old brother killed her. And the parents then sent him to their friend’s place to hang out with their child, let Burke’s friend go to Atlanta with them, let him be interviewed by psychologists for the police, and all the while little Burke never said a word about what he did. Thats quite the shrewd 9 year old.

    • @Nmae353
      @Nmae353 10 часов назад

      He was one month shy of turning 10. And it’s not like they had a slew of options that morning. They either had to have a stern talking with him about not saying anything and get him out of the house, or they could allow him to remain in the home for their friends and police to witness his incredibly odd and unconcerned demeanor. Also, John and Patsy had to consent to Burke being interviewed by a psychologist who worked for DSS or he would have been removed from their care. Any sibling of a child found murdered in their own home has to be interviewed so that it can be determined if their life is at risk. The psychologist who interviewed him made notes about his very odd behavior and recommended a follow up but it never happened.

    • @markh751
      @markh751 9 часов назад

      Maybe they wanted him out the house as they knew eventually the body would be found at some point that day and didn’t want Burke witnessing that.

      @@Nmae353I understand all of that, but I think it’s highly unlikely that any 9 or 10 year old would be able to hide the fact that he hurt/killed his sister. I also don’t believe that John and Patsy, whose mission supposedly was to cover up for Burke, to protect him, would’ve let him go off with other people. I can’t believe he wouldn’t have told one or more of his little friends what happened. JMO

    • @Nmae353
      @Nmae353 7 часов назад +2

      @@tiffanyquick7067He was actually caught discussing manual strangulation 2 days after the murder with a friend. John and Patsy always maintained that they never told Burke how JonBenet was killed and instructed the people in their inner circle to do the same.
      One of Patsy’s friends who was at their home noted that it was almost 8am and very odd that Burke had still not woken up yet when he was always an early riser around 5:30am. Any young kid is definitely not going to be sleeping in the morning after Christmas when they are still feeling the excitement of playing with new toys. John went to supposedly wake him up and he was out of the home by 8:10am. They wanted Burke out of the house for the exact same reason John intervened TWICE when an officer tried to ask Burke if he saw or heard anything the night of the murder before he left. Make whatever excuse you like, but if there is a chance your other child might have been aware of anything that could possibly help find your daughter, you will absolutely question him and have zero problems allowing him to speak to a police officer. Innocent parents would be desperate for answers and do anything to get them. John refused to allow Burke to be questioned and the parents were absolutely furious that an officer at their friend’s home spoke to Burke later in the day. Why in the world would they be so upset that authorities were trying to get some leads to help find their daughter and thought Burke might be able to help?

    Geez John really screwed up in this interview.
    Most people believe he is guilty (to what degree can be debated), but he's done himself no favours in this interview.
    He was really caught off guard when being asked about Burke coming downstairs that night. He then said he didn't know Burke had done this. And then says when he found out after the Dr Phil show, he never spoke to Burke about this. LOL! LOL! LOL! This is hilarious. So Burke never mentioned this to his parents in 25 years. And then when John finds out he doesn't bring it up. Even though it would have been the time and "intruder" was hiding in the house hahaha.
    And then John tried to change tactics and says it was fiction and Burke didn't understand the question. Ummm....the question was a very clear/simple one. Burke was a grown man and answered the question honestly.
    John did not come off looking good from this interview. Anyone who watches this will only be more certain if his guilt.

The DNA evidence part of this interview baffled me as to why the Boulder Colorado police department never had it tested when it’s in their possession. What also irked me is how little information they shared with the John and Patsy Ramsey except for the yearly visits. I could understand why at first because they were suspects but feel like they could have shared it later on once they were cleared. I just don’t understand why they don’t want to work with John Ramsey in helping this case be solved. It makes no sense unless they did lose the evidence or covering something up.

    Exactly!!!! if this was a real kidnapping, they could’ve easily walked right out of the door front or back. Supposedly the back door was a jar. They knew the alarm would be off. They also knew they wouldn’t have to crawl out of a window with the child. This was a real kidnapping. They would’ve walked out of the house and that would’ve been it. That phone would’ve rang on top of that if these were kidnappers are a kidnapper that was also a pedo then he would take the child to his home or wherever and follow through with his sick desires, and the figuring out the ransom. You don’t have a ransom and a child kidnapped for ransom that’s laying in the basement of your house dead none of that makes any sense at all.!!! and that’s the crime. Or perhaps saw the stationary sitting there and decided to write one. Don’t believe he intentionally killed her though, but don’t believe he really cared that she did die. He wasn’t getting any attention from his father, who was always gone, and his mother, who was always giving most of her attention to JonBenet. I believe JonBenet lived for a little while after being struck, and the parents didn’t realize how severely she had been hurt. Once she died, the coverup began to not only protect Burke, but to also protect their precious image and the person who had been violating JonBenet in her private area. Everything just kept snowballing, because the intruder story and the ridiculous ransom letter was off the chain, as well as, all their lies and odd behavior. 😢 Just my opinion.
