My question is, does the Shangdon have an aircraft complement. U.S. intelligence said the Chinese weren't operating aircraft with their carriers. When the U.S. launched an aircraft carrier, the ship has an aircraft complement. You don't send the Carrier far out to sea without aircraft. The ship needs aircraft to defend itself in International waters from long range foreign aircraft.
