I feel you!!! I'm also a metalhead who is finding out about them and it's so good! Blackpínk is the only group I've really liked so far, but it's still quite surprising. Maybe there is something to it? I know it sounds literally nothing like metal at all, but metal quintessentially is largely about the energy, attitude and that badass feeling you get like when you listen to Pantera. Songs like this one, Kill this Love and Ddudududuudddu give me a somewhat similar energy. Or maybe it's just because it's good lol whatever
at 7.37 you said changing between the eng and her native language is really hard to do but funfact, the native language you think ( Korean) is also not her native language :D She is from Thailand. Also, YES! there is a lot of good groups and artists you are missing. for kpop you should check some well-known groups liek Bigbang ( a group known as kings of kpop) and another funfact they are from same company as BlackPink. Also there is EXO, and SHINee, ( these two also in same company but not the same company as BlackPink and Bigbang). There is some new groups like Stray Kids ( they are really really really good at rapping specially and one of their members is the fastast rapper in kpop), there is a group called ATEEZ ( they have strong stories in their mvs and their vocals are not a joke) Also there is SEVENTEEN ( which a group has 13 members. It may be interesting for you to wathing these many members in a group and it would definitely be enjoyable for us to watch your reaction)

I feel you!!! I'm also a metalhead who is finding out about them and it's so good! Blackpínk is the only group I've really liked so far, but it's still quite surprising. Maybe there is something to it? I know it sounds literally nothing like metal at all, but metal quintessentially is largely about the energy, attitude and that badass feeling you get like when you listen to Pantera. Songs like this one, Kill this Love and Ddudududuudddu give me a somewhat similar energy.

for kpop you should check some well-known groups liek Bigbang ( a group known as kings of kpop) and another funfact they are from same company as BlackPink. Also there is EXO, and SHINee, ( these two also in same company but not the same company as BlackPink and Bigbang). There is some new groups like Stray Kids ( they are really really really good at rapping specially and one of their members is the fastast rapper in kpop), there is a group called ATEEZ ( they have strong stories in their mvs and their vocals are not a joke) Also there is SEVENTEEN ( which a group has 13 members. It may be interesting for you to wathing these many members in a group and it would definitely be enjoyable for us to watch your reaction)

I don't blame you for not knowing what to expect from BLACKPINK because I honestly didn't either. 😂 I obviously knew they were a big deal and I recognized them on Lady Gaga's song Sour Candy, but I still didn't know what their vibe was, so to speak, and this was also my first song of theirs and damn, what a way to not only be introduced to BLACKPINK, but also K-Pop in general.
