I have a partial labral tear in my right shoulder should I get surgery before I really deep dive into jiu jitsu? I did a regular no gi class and a guy had me on mount and even him wrestling my right arm and putting some pressure on my shoulder caused unusual discomfort that you’re not supposed to feel
@@CHopper1154he basically said its fine as long as I dont feel symptoms or pain. Which I can do regular day to day activities fine, but I dont feel as strong as I have in the past when it came to lifting weights. If I throw hard strikes against the heavy bag I can feel that shoulder getting bothered. Getting tossed in muay thai clinch on my right shoulder doesn’t feel good. So yeah real deterrent
@@PeterParkerwonThat's what rehab and reconditioning is for. Of course it's not going to feel the same after a tear. Assuming you're recovered enough you should be doing a gradual and gentle increase in rehab and conditioning. No idea why you're asking this on a guillotine video.
Cool!
Should be number one!
Idk why but i always get the guillotine from there but i cant finish it with the arm in
It’s your favorite or second favorite ❤️?! Nice 👍🏼 transition
