Why do we need to Model Software Architecture using UML? DO we really need all those UML Diagrams?

Nice presentation.
My philosophy whatever helps your to communicate with stakeholders.
Use Cases Diagram are good for communicating with Business Analysts.
Your complex diagram reminded me of one of very complex diagram that we had for a software system. We were very proud and it made sense to no one else.
