Sometimes this is my favorite Soundgarden tune. I have a rotating 6 or 7 that are my favorites at any given time but this is my favorite when I feel like breaking things.
Mailman always was in my top 3-Soundgarden songs of all time, along with Slaves And Bulldozers and Incessant Mace. It‘s beautiful and mean at the same time, it has that subtle brutality only soundgarden can pull off. Especially this version.
Hard and heavy and dark as hell like walking in quicksand, totally freakin awesome!! I Love Chris Cornell no one like him!! Thank You Rory that was incredible and your reaction is always uplifting, your facial expressions are amazing so much love for that man, your keeping him alive!! 😊💓🤘✌️🔥
Chris’ lyrics were sometimes dark and I have to wonder who this song is about. Because he sure didn’t hold back on his feelings/emotions. And that is one of many reasons Chris is so relatable. We all experience the human condition like he did but he wrote it down for us when we couldn’t. Favorite song for me. Thank you. And thank you Chris for everything.
haha did a cover with this version and omg i was so obssesed w this video in highschool haha the guitar is so crisp and chris is lookin tooooooo dam coooool
*Rory.* Thanks 😊 One of their best, I think. Same torturous tempo as on the album 🔥Those screams.... at some pt during the Superunknown era Chris shaved his head, kept his shirt on 😕 and stopped stomping around as much. But clearly remained a *beast* 🔥♥️🔥♥️🔥♥️ He had a gift for changing up the melody and still keeping true to the original song. Impeccable choices and taste with when and how he worked in runs & ornamentation ... Always genuine. Never forced. Always fierce. ♥️🔥 P.S. - Top SG songs most people may have heard of = -Black Hole Sun -Spoonman -Outshined -Fell on Black Days -Rusty Cage
@@OhSnakes Hey there 👋🏻 Nice! *Not* fake. Dude nailed it 😄 Yrs ago I dated a singer with a low speaking voice like Rory's (but American) ....he was a ringer for choirs... he usually did bass/baritone parts but could also sing a mean alto part when needed 😄 #oversharing
@LydellC I just randomly happend upon that dude before watching Rory's reaction, I watched dude again and I tried to match notes, lower register was no problem, and I could hit "most" of the higher notes, but it sounded terrible comming from me lul, but I still hit those notes! Also, #SharingIsCaring, anyway, have a good day girl! ♥
If someone asked me about soundgarden Their most popular song is....Blackhole Sun But some more that were on the radio often would be Spoonman Fell on black days Burden in my hand Etc
@@heywoodjablowme8120 very very true....anything chris touched turned to gold! His solo stuff amazing and his covers song best covers ever And Audioslave was pretty good too.

Make a react to "When Bad Does Good". Cool, great, like "Overfloater" and "Slaves and Machine".
Always good to see Chris Cornell HANGING around. Where's Layne and Kurt? Could they not make it?
Yo, not cool... Damn your dark humor, Layne was busy tappin' the main vein and Kurt blew his shot to make it here.. You're a terrible person..
Doesn’t work!
