Just a small fact about Gun’s and Soundgarden. Axl Rose actually mentioned them with really high praise in several major interviews he did about a year or two before this including his Rolling Stone Cover interview where he said that Soundgarden was his favorite band… And he was then personally responsible for inviting Soundgarden to open for GNR on several occasions including the above obviously. Cheers - Love your channel
The first track is something you haven't done " with my good eye closed ". From the badmotorfinger tour until their last tour, this is the song they always opened the set with. Studio version is epic simply because of the intro
That see n say bit is 🔥... but I also like how Chris evolved the sung intro at some later live shows (I think I heard that version for the first time in the doc Hype)
I saw this tour at Wembley. Soundgarden opened, Faith No More next, then GN’R headlined! The volume in the stadium was very low for the openers (obviously), GN’R were an hour late! They played 2 songs, then Axl ranted on the mic for 20 mins straight… we left!
*Rory.* Thanks for this 🙂 Worth the wait 😁 Performances like this show why Soundgarden were in a league of their own. How'd you like to follow that set?! Four killer musicians. Untouchable 🔥🔥🔥 The opening track you don't know is Searching With My Good Eye Closed - I sent it to you along with the live clip initially 😁 You need to watch the clip when you rock out because you're missing half the stomping 😁😁😁 ruclips.net/video/GMMurru_M4k/видео.html PS - Glad you're back! 🙂✌️
Check out the band Big Wreck. There singer Ian Thornley is a fantastic guitarist and his vocals are very similar to Chris Cornells. There first album In Loving Memory and there come back album Albatross are great.I think you would like them.

I’ve definitely got to do this track after this performance, mainly so I can listen to it in regular life 😂

FNM live in '92 would have been a great show.
Axl really was a grade-A1 tw@ in his younger years. I would've left too!
Love Kim leaving them a wee sonic gift at the end there!! :)

Facts. Big Wreck are *criminally* underappreciated. :)
A bunch of guys rooted in reality, and some posers from Tinseltown. Nuff said!!
Guns N Roses is the greatest band ever.
I need some tracks that aren’t the big ones
