I started a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) program this year. I’ve already noticed so much personal, social, and academic growth from that and I can’t wait to see where it continues to take me. ❤️ So proud of and happy for you, Rachel!
i changed a lot about myself this last year and i realised how strong i am i was cappable to heal my anxiety and panic attacks on my own when it started i was so down lost sad and super scared and specially lonely but i started fighting and now i'm perfectly myself again i feel healthy stronger more beautiful then ever love u rachel u have been a very good source of motivation and positivity that really helped me thank u for being the sweetheart u are and i'm so proud of how confident you are becoming the keep pushing forward and specially be kind to yourself just were the magic words for me💕❤️💕❤️❤️

Do you get stage fright when presenting or talking in front of people you don’t really know? You remind me so much of me before and during your presentation lol I have to brief higher ups as my job as a meteorologist and I get SO nervous. Thankfully it doesn’t show as much as I feel it 😂
