So listen , if you are burdening yourself k aj ye b krlogi ye b or ye b , aj sb htm krogi then stop , yeah it's good k ham log mindset bnaye k hame ye b krna ha or ye b lekin kbi kbar ham mindset k chkr ma hod ko Zyda hi burdenize krlete to in my opinion you should minimize your daily schedule mtlb itna krlo k agr 4 chapters din k krne ka plan to us ma se 2 krlo ((hn ese ma time to Thora Jayega lekin jb Koch din tk ap 2 2 chapter krogai na to pir apko is chiz ki adat hojayai gi or ap pir 2 ki jagah zyda chapters krogai )) . Esa krna se ap din ma Koch to prh pa rhe ho na which is way better than k ap Koch na prho . Also you should minimize your session time to 40 mins , after 40 mins do rest or have a look on things you learned (( k Kitna hogya or Kitna rh gya )) . Drink a lot of water , don't be dehydrated as water helps us to memorize things . Furthermore, when you feel demotivated or you don't want to study so just simply listen to some soothing music and recall your dreams and tell yourself that I can do it and I will .
