Did you measure the lofts on the heads? Loft variance from these manufacturers is real. And it’s annoying. I’ve seen 9 degree heads that are 8. And 9 degree heads that are 10.
I know this is a club fitting channel but I'd love to see a deep dive analysis of Tom's swing to understand how he can generate that club head speed while being so balanced.
AI name is just a turn off. Even the 10k thing is a turn off. The prices are more of a turn off though. $500-$600 for one golf club? Not a chance. What a golf swing. Unreal.
Thanks for the very informative vid. 🙏 Been gaming smoke TD for a month and been wondering why i just been hitting straight blocks. They were hit well but just starts right with no gear effect. Didn’t play paradym td but had a LTDxLS and used to gearing. Now have it +1° in the draw setting 9g forward 7g back and everything is going dead straight
@@thomasowen6559 jeeeez. What's the wing span on ya? You must have pretty long arms to generate that speed without looking like you swing out of your shoes.
I slowed his swing speed down on the video to 0.25, I watched his extension and rotation and decided to go to the range and try to copy it. The Doctor said I will be released to go home this Friday.
Callaway needs to stop opening the face of these. The face of the Triple-D is pointing to 1 o'clock. They should to take a page out of Titleist TSR3 book and make it NEUTRAL. Us players with an inside out swing tend to block it 30 yards right if with don't get handsy. The kid here has a steep out-to-in path which is rare for better players. 9:40 He says he wonders where the spin is coming from on the high face strike; that's where. 2700 rpm on his move can't be engineered out of the head.
Yes, I totally agree with you on the face at set up, it needs to be sorted out. To say a 0 degree AOA is ‘steep’ is funny, World class players such at Brooks Koepka and Dustin Johnson have a very similar delivery.
Let me know if you agree - paradym has better fitting numbers but the Smoke looks like it would be better to play golf with. Probably need to go down in loft with Smoke if you wanted less spin or sacrifice a bit of forgiveness by putting weight forward.
The strange thing about the Triple Diamond is that it works for slower swing speeds also. I'm in the neighborhood of 95mph and the Triple Diamond consistently outdrove my TSR2.
The Paradym demolished the AI smoke on distance and spin.I did the same test last week with a club fitter and we obtained the same results. I wanted a shiny new AI Smoke Triple D but my original Paradym Triple D outperformed it. I ended up optimising the shaft, a Ventus Velocore Black 6 s and made significant distance gains by reducing spin by changing the head weights and turning down the loft sleeve by one degree.
Ridiculous speed, I hate it. Why does he look like its not even fast though? Thats just gotta be pure sequencing.
I know!! He's just a machine! 🤣
Outrageous swing on that fella

Give him Cobra Darkspeed ls to test or old Paradem ld with 48" shaft

Super human genetics 😂
Agreed. He probably played cricket for the natural swing speed. But the balance of it needs some explaining.
@@mikewilliams1479 a bit of cricket might have a bit of influence. I was always trying to keep up with the bigger juniors.

Another great video 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻⛳️🏌🏻thanks Ross 👍🏻

Curious how tall this lad is??? His arms look long but that swing is unreal. I figured he's gotta be pushing close to 6 foot 4 inch??
I wish😂. Pushing 6’2

😂😂😂😂😂 love it
Creamy swinging. Get that boy the 48" shaft
big dog 🔥
He's swinging at my ball speed 😫
Be interesting to know the weight of each head, given the club speed differences.
Get that boy the 48" shaft!
that man is very jacked wow great swing too
very handsome too 🤪😁
Unreal speed, got to see more of Tom
I think we are going to need a longer golf course.... par 5 eagles or even a double eagle ! WTF!

Yeah exactly. Would need to knock off 500 rpm on the AI. Still gaming the Paradym until it breaks.

I fit loads of slow swing speeds into low lofted and low spin heads. It's all about the delivery not the speed 👌
Maybe try and do these comparisons with 100mph swing speeds. I think more people can relate to that more or less.
Can’t stand when people cry about swing speed. Most people actually swing over 100 and if you don’t you shouldn’t be watching a triple diamond video
@@TheBooze13 if you can't stand, please sit down 😉
That swing is a work of art
geezers a joke

Same here I went with the new ventus blue.. paradym td is hard to beat.. I tried all the new drivers
Awesome video, I love your content! Thanks for posting more frequently.
We are trying 🙌🙌
get him in long drive!
I'm only 3 minutes into the video....WTF 😳
Just a smooth gamer swing 🤣🤣
you ain't kiddin... not at ALL 😳😳
Ridiculous swing and speed
Were the blue weights swapped on the AI Smoke TD? If the 14g weight was not in the front, that could be the reason behind the higher spin.
Both heads were set up exactly the same
thats exactly what i would want to see its straighter flight on mis hits.
Smooth swing but insane ball speed. What is Tom eating??
Wow imagine if he hit up on it with a lower lofted head 😂
who is this guy!!! what a ball striker
Ridiculous, stopped watching 45 seconds in -
@@andyneering6848 why even bother commenting then 🤦😂😂 but it does help the video do better so thank you 👍
Roll back his ball immediately 😂
No thanks 😂
Needs a lower loft is all
