- Welcome to the HOME OF HARD WORK. Check out the NEW home gym. We moved and upgraded our home gym in a big way. A big thank you to Rogue Fitness for helping customize the space and creating a custom rig. See blow for some quick links for a handful of the specialty gym items mentioned in this video.

Cant believe how much Rogue dropped the ball here. When Mat Frasers buys a custom rig from you, you send people out with it to help him. You also send out a marketing team to document the moment. He's the most famous athlete that will use Rogue and they seem to have just send the stuff out to him as if he's just any other normal dude with a home gym
IKR!?
I wanna know who was the dingleberry at Rogue that decided it was ok to design the dumbbell rack at shoulder/head high? I mean he's got 125's you have to lift above your stomach to rack.. I don't care how strong you are, that's awkward AF.
@@jimcorbett1939 It's designed to fit anywhere not designed to be chest high. Meaning if he didn't have the d balls under those bumper plates the bumper plate shelf could be nearly on the floor and the dumbbell shelf substantially lower as well. It's just the way he has it configured.
How do you know they didn’t?
He's definitely not the most famous athlete using rogue lol
As a home gym guy...im salivating. I need more money and a bigger garage...
HWPO
@@MrRiverGrove yes and having tons of free gear from Rogue also helps. Hahaha. Much respect to Mat, he deserves what comes his way.
I was struggling to gain muscle for a very long time. I was working out hard but didn't get any gains. At one point I thought I was going to be slim for the rest of my life until I started eating properly. Good diet is a key. Obviously I had no clue what to eat and how much. I had to invest in meal plan from Next Level Diet. It wasn't expensive and helped me start gaining muscle mass and eat properly. Now I am thinking about getting personal fitness coach to help me learn how to plan and do exercises properly.
Heck yeah man I love to hear it
What stands out to me, is not the quality of his Rogue equipment, but his statement at the end. “I made a Champion out of a 140 sq ft. in my basement.” This is referring to his work he put into his training before being successful. This gym is a result of all his HWPO for about 15 years prior. You can do anything in no matter what circumstance to be successful in life. Sometimes you have start at nothing and Work Hard to achieve it. People today are not willing to do that unfortunately. Are you capable of achieving success thru Hard Work in Life or CrossFit?
Just by chance he's so dominant and 100% clean. HWPO baby!
Yep. Doing it everyday
Haha, no pro CrossFit athlete is natural, if you think so then you shouldn’t be in this page.
@@keithjohb2198 If you don’t think that Mat Fraser and Rich Froning are not natural then you obviously don’t believe in CrossFit.
Peace Brother!
@@FeWH there’s always 1 that has to assume that they’re not clean. People that never cleaned up their nutrition, rest, and train at the elite level will never understand the levels of fitness their bodies are able to achieve. I never trained at the elite level, but when I trained daily at my local box for a year I saw similar results without the need of PEDs, etc.
You would think that rogue fitness would sponsor the entire room.
Yes rogue should pay him for this video.
Me: Damn, I'd kill for an Echo bike.
Fraser: I'll take two of everything please.
Yes! They’re worth it. I’ve had mine for a little under a year. Use it for long distance bikes majority of the time, but worth it if you can do so
What a dope line at the end… awesome gym 💪🏻 !
Matt is slowly changing the view of crossfiters on all those globo gym exercises... At the next games 1000 steps weighted stairmaster, 1000 lat pulldowns 1000 spins on that hand wheel thing.
Hey that’d be a hell of a workout
@@matthigdon4809 oh yeah
I love the care you've taken to take Sammy's needs into account with the design and equipment choices. Great couple and your affection for her is clear.
right on Sammy , shows the love and importance of partnership . Many men miss it . Matt gets it . Thanks for that shared point. I hope others appreciate , small is large . sun up to sun down .
@@sailme2day good point, many men just don’t get how important it is to buy duplicates of pieces of gym equipment that cost tens of thousands of dollars.
One thing I respect so much about Mat is whenever he doesn’t know something he’ll go to one of the best people for that specific thing and do it exactly how they tell him to.
This is absolutely the best way to grow too, when I get questions for how I know what I'm supposed to do, I say hey, I ask, that's how I know I'm doing what I'm supposed to be doing come on it's all about communication. 💯🏆🌟
Just watched The Fittest doc. I’m just getting into CrossFit. Stoked for this vid, man!! I’ve got the garage gym thing going myself…
strict be for kipping will save you a lot of injuries.
take your time to learn oly lifts dont rush the process.
have fun its a great time!@
Good luck!!
Enjoy every step, have as much fun as you can, and take your time. ITS GONNA BE GREAT
If I can go back 10 years and give myself a tip when I first start, it would be to focus on mobility. Good luck!
Thanks All! I've been consistently training 5-6x/week for the past two years... but I've just been doing a PPL split of sorts. The last couple weeks I have done about 30/40min of weight training and then finished up with a Crossfit WOD. I'm LOVING it. Now I don't feel satisfied unless I get my HR up in a WOD for the second half of my workout. Thanks for the encouragement!
🐐x10
totally thought this was a big promo for gym equipment until he brought out the floor sliders😂. The man is a legend.
Hi Guys, wondering what colour grey paint you are using in the gym and what brand?
The best part is Mat just trying to order regular equipment from Rogue online and some staffer happening to catch that it’s Mat Godamned Fraser’s personal gym. Otherwise he would have just happily taken the stock whatever for his space.
He aint ordering through the regular site thats for sure. He would put his order through either staff/athlete portal or he has a athlete concierge. He has the damn CEO working on his personal design via text message with him!
Great tour, Mat. Very helpful. Lots of ideas and tips for my own gym. Thanks!
The "H" brand weight vest Mat raves about at 28:31 is our original model Hyper Vest® PRO and available from Rogue. Mat we would love to get you the newer black Hyper Vest ELITE also available from Rogue
What a guy!! Great to listen to his thought process and the tips around the flooring and lightning. Keep em coming!
I just want those one upright angle dumbbell storage shelves. And also pretty much everything else.
This vibes harder than my local bar.
The rhino belt squat has saved my back while keeping my legs huge
Enjoyed the video! Thanks for showing. Also liked the quick mention of my favourite youtuber Craig Richey. Big fan of both of you.
Two things…..You sir, look phenomenal and I can’t believe how many things you fit in there but also having room. I love how everything has its place and plenty of room for each section. Sick
'BUT....i made a fucking champion out of a 175 square ft gym...'
I dont envy,money,fame,relationships etc.
I envy of people that deservly(not a word)are so fucking proud of themselves and sleeping with that.all this hard work.He got paid.So proud of such humans.
That home gym is better than most public gyms lol
Until I saw the garage door at the end I was like WTF there is not a single window in that entire space. How claustrophobic. Open that door up Matt and let the fresh air in!!!
An absolute legend of a man. Great to see you reap the rewards of success. Health to enjoy!
Hey!! Mat this is a most spectacular Home Gym to I saw and I wonder if you will be at this year's Rogue Invitational, as part of the spectators or will compete in the Legends category
Never seen Jujimufus gym?
Wearing that weird helmet makes you look like you’re getting ready to storm Area 51 😂
Great work Matt. Looks awesome and very functional. Wish we had Rogue in NZ. Train hard🤜🤛
I just wish rogue would release this for the general public. A lot of that stuff isn’t available!! Db shelves, 70” bumper shelf. Rhino and the reverse hyper are not available for rml
This is incredible!
But if you need someone to take those extra bars off your hands, I’m more than willing to sacrifice my tiny home gym as extra storage. Or anything you are looking to get rid of.
Imagine Mat visualising a freaking Roomba as motivation when competing 😂
Great home gym amazing overall... My ONLY criticism is that it's really disappointing to see a low pull is only able to be utilized by extending the top cable with a carabineer... come on rogue you even sell a lat pulldown with the same stack with a low row built in... There are many other manufacturers with pieces mostly functional trainers that figured this out and don't rely on such a 🧀 method for a fraction of the cost... Titan sells a cable column that allows for a low, high, and all between it's way worse quality for $200 shipped but has better engineering.
This sounds silly as I write it, but the speaker might be the next upgrade opportunity :). I was looking forward to what he had, and disappointed when the Boom came out...
Two Words: Rogue StairMaster
At various times I've tweaked my back or had a bad knee or ankle preventing me from running, and the StairMaster was always something I could do a long workout on and keep my conditioning up.
You need to hit up Magnus Midtbø to see who is better at different pullup variations! :)
The iorn neck I didn't even know existed...that's super useful for boxing! Imma definitely get one!
I think it should be required that if you down vote a video you must explain why. What gym rat would down vote this? His setup is incredible!
Agree!!!!!!
This gym is bigger than my whole ground floor of my house, amazing
Buying Rogue for my future gym! Gym organization and the custom rig is phenomenal!
Hi! First time in your channel. FANTASTIC VIDEO!
Do you have a link to buy the "legs extension machine" of the 32:50 minute?
Thanks in advance
Have a Productive and Healthy day!
4:40 Does Rogue charge eXtra for home blueprint design or were you a specific case?
All that is free. He is sponsored by them!
He just had to make this video in order to get everything for free
*mentions Iron-Neck
Joe Rogan: Heavy Breathing
So many gadgets man! It's like a fitness laboratory
Everyone is gonna buy Stairmasters now lol
You need to be careful not to replace your bulletproof west with regular weighted west🤣🤣🤣
Matt Fraser is 5’7.
What happened to the PIG? Don't tell us you got rid of your nemesis!
Good advertisement for ROGUE 👍🏼
Yo Mat! I just found you, I'm here to figure out rivals and goals to break! 😁
Thanks it’s superb enjoy it Matty. That grey vest is hyperwear . I ordered the black elite
Where the heck can I find Mat's HWPO shirt in black and gold ?
Been searching it for years now, and even back then it was impossible to get in Europe... Only found it on US delivery ages ago...
Looking for the Navy & Yellow one too !
Who is this guy? 🤣🤣🤣 jkjkjk
Cheaper model stair master? It's like 7k! Hahaha
I counted over 1100kg of bumper plates. I get it’s Matt Fraser and all but this is a home gym that he designed so that he “could do a workout with a friend or Sammy”. What could 2 people need to do with that much weight? Most of those plates will never move and are there literally for decoration
If you don’t mind me asking, how big is your gym? 60’x30’ for example
He said it’s around 1000 sq feet. Assuming it’s slightly deeper than it is wide, if it was 35’x30’, that would be 1050’sq.
Hey, was wondering what 10 Lb plates for a vest you would recommend since then sell different variations. I just got the new Tactec an I’m trying to get the right plates. Normally use my army stuff but want a more (fitness only) set up
Juice head crossfitter
The ab wheel thing at 25:54 reminds me of a mechanics “creeper” seat.
😎😎
27:30
Mat: This one right here!
Cameraman: I'm not turning.
He seems so genuinely happy that it is contagious
So sorinex sends a team out to build Dudley and Hanes gyms, but Rogue tells Matt here ya go with no instructions? That was a great idea. But hey what do you expect from a company that can’t add a simple solution for a lat pull down to their rack.
Great for Matt, this would be the envy of any medieval King for his torture chamber.
Could you imagine if Matt trained fighters? The fitness and endurance he improves in athletes is insane. Matt is someone who observes, researches, and takes notes. I believe he can train anyone as long as they are all in 100%.
They an get there on Amazon and there selling out
That corner shelf is badass. Probably the most efficient use of corner space imo
I couldn't see any leg press machine
If you don't mind me asking how much did this gym cost from rogue? Looks crazy nice
FREE 99
Hope to visit this gym. Someday. 🇵🇭💯
What a tour! Loved it! One question... No place for ring muscle ups? 🤔
Same thing i was thinking! THE ONLY THING MISSING!
@@BuiltonGODSrock I guess the rope (climbs) and sleds must be outside!
well done Mat . Great step by step intro the home gear . More is better . keep the good stuff coming .
Is Matt Ex-military ? Why does he have so many bulletproof vests ?
We use pool noodles for hip thrusts
Must be nice for Rogue to say fuck that Matt we will design build and supply for free 😂
Craig Richey shoutout!!!
Bonito 🤩 digno de un campeón
Love the gym, my dream. My current set ups is absolutely minimal compare to this. Still can get good workout and fit in few sessions while kids in school or having a nap. Once again, fantastic space
That “back widow” thing looks sick. I want one.
Hi Matt I whent play wthe u
Can someone from rogue make a real runner machine because those are legit
@6:06 you mean to tell me, with all that was put into the new space, you're messing around with a little bluetooth speaker??!!
Bit surprised, rogue didn't try to get him to buy REFLEX (which rogue owns) instead of Arsenal Strength
I totally got the "speed-bag trainer," and it's great!!
Hard worker. no doubt. You will be successful unless there will be a war haha.
6am! Damn
Never lose hope you never know what tomorrow may bring.
This should be labeled as NSFW
So sick!!! HWPO thanks for sharing Matt
Best gym tour presentation ive seen.
His gym has more equipments than my university’s gym 😂😂
So cool
What paint colors did you use for the ceiling and walls?
I just checked the prize for the stairmaster in Denmark, it is around 13-14.000 Dollars...
Haaaw haaaw haaw ! This is amazing !!!! 🔥 😁🤤🔥
spends over 100k on Rogue racks. Is concerned about the price of lifting straps. thats kind of funny.
BRO YOU HAVE RO CLEAN THOSE BARBELLS, my heart is bleeding
how much did my home gym cost?
I use those ankle straps on my wrists while i squeeze those Fat Grips doing cable lateral raises. Highly recommend
