Wow, I did not know back when I saw that young lion sitting on the lodge sign that today I would still be following his story. He did not have a name back then❤. Really enjoyed this intro to a new young king. Had forgotten that he survived a poaching attempt. Thank you for this amazing background story. Really enjoyed it. Particularly with the sound on! ZaZa, Zano, ZoZo, and the fourth brother(can’t remember his name. Is it ZaZu) are needed to protect the Vurhami pride especially since more of their cubs are coming. I pray these boys have a legacy as great or greater than their fathers. I absolutely love ZaZa!! I really pray that Splitnose and Blondie make an appearance soon. I hope they are just hiding licking their wounds and recovering 🙏 Marinya was seen recently. There’s a video of her 5 days ago. I was so excited to see her. She looked in good condition. Thank you son this video meant a lot to me. Now I know Zaza and his nine brothers are safe for now until the old s21 males decides to make their presence known, but I think they better not because Zaza and a couple of his brothers have proven they can go against male lions. Even though the old s21 males are grown males and can fight there's only two of them Zaza and his three older brothers can handle them but if all the brothers join forces that probably would be the end to the old s21 males. Something has me thinking the last video you showed had Splitnose out of their territory with two of the lionesses and the cubs, I wonder if Blondie didn't do the same and got his cubs and mother out of the territory as well 🤔? And if Zazas mother didn't go looking for Tank and found him now see there's more questions to be answered and probably won't be. So so many possibilities. This afternoon, just before gate closed, there was a sighting of an injured male, badly injured. Can't make out who it was on the photo my friend sent me. Could be Tank, could even be the eastern brothers. I'm in Tomorrow to see what i can learn,as he won't move too far in that condition. But typical fight markings on him. Hope you are doing well mom? There's all sorts of trouble brewing in the far south my friend. So much going on in the Kruger currently. Hopefully, we find the Gomondwane male lions soon, at least one of them
Questions: 1. How long will it be until Zaza is consider full grown or a mature male lion? 2. Right now, is there even a chance that Zaza and his brothers could withstand a battle over the Vurhami pride with the S21 males?
Zaza will be in full swing, next year march/april. His reign will start then. The next question is difficult to answer my friend. Zaza is HUGE for his age, and highly capable of fighting, and possibly winning a fight with a prime male lion. Depending on multiple factors of course. Hard to say. But let's say the 4 big, older Vurhami boys come up against the two S21 males, it's almost definitely going to end in death for both S21's. But they will take lives with them, that's for sure. Next year this time, Zaza and his brothers will take on any lion coalition. They'll pretty much be untouchable.

My friend, they are supposed to be at their safest place in the Kruger, that's the whole issue. But, there's been great groundwork done since the poaching attempt. I personally think, that whatever happened to Tank or any other lion in the southern Kruger, is natural.
@@krugersafariandbeyond what sort of groundwork has been done to eliminate poaching as i keep seeing injured lions due to snaring/poaching on a daily basis that is on the rise? Is there a safe place in Kruger at all? I really wish Kruger/Sabi learn a lesson or two from the Masai Mara reserve officials where the rangers are by law required to protect all wildlife regardless of the situation.

@@smetlenn6480 Splitnose and Blondie were involved in a fight. Blondie was seen a week or so ago with injuries to his face and blood all him especially his back, hips, and left leg. Splitnose hasn’t been seen and neither has Blondie since that morning he was seen after the fight.
Personally, i think they are looking for Tank. Roaring at night has completely changed direction. Like, completely. Telling me there's either rivals imminent, or they are at war in there already. Troubled times my friend. The Gomondwane males have never been "not seen" for so long.
Kruger national park need to be more serious protecting this beautiful lions and dont let $$ money buy the rangers so hunters can kill this beautiful lions or other species on the park....

His father or uncles will not be around to push him out. Hope he survives through whatever killed tank and has the others pinned down on the run atm
