    That’s cutting edge prospecting right there. If it’s really leading prospectors to gold in isolated areas, then I think it would make a good business out of that idea too!! I think!🤩

    Like all your videos Beach mining going on the old bucket dredges getting the stuff off the Myrtle Irene and doing the river dredge just wish you would weigh out the gold don't care how much it is I know all the stuff is little sometimes you get nice pictures but it would be nice to know how much you were getting

    Cool drone that I can imagine could be valuable in gold mining, and I agree that fixed object sensors would be a great feature of the drone to detect trees, buildings, cars, people, etc. to prevent an accidental crash when the drone is out of the operators view, thus preventing the destruction of a $3k machine.

    Killer show guys ! the overhead footage in slow water is a good example to what were trying to prove here in ca. that it doesnt make a signigafince disturbance & that it is good for fish habitat and food! and creates oxyegen in slow water!

    • @AmericanGoldProspectors
      @AmericanGoldProspectors  7 лет назад +1

      Yes I agree. As you can see from the air, there are 7 or 8, four inch dredges in a 1/4 mile of the river, and the river is still crystal clear with very little disturbance. In the summer this river gets very shallow and heats up to where the trout start to die from the water getting to hot, so the trout use our deep dredge holes that has much colder water the deeper they are, to thrive in.

    • @danzoller7397
      @danzoller7397 7 лет назад

      yep those trout like the cold water and oxyegen from the dredge! Ima have to ask you something important , The recreational word is the gold prospecting world is a bad nono specially for us out here in the west coast ! were fighting some serious shit here in ca and other west states ! so think of that in ur title you might want to take the recreational out , Miners are are real workers ,well stay safe out there!

    • @AmericanGoldProspectors
      @AmericanGoldProspectors  7 лет назад +1

      I never saw it that way. Over here on the east coast it is only for fun or recreation because there is very little gold here. If you work really hard and have a good day you will find 1/2 to 1 gram a day. So no one over here does it for a living. I have never been out west so I'm sure it is a much different story out your way. I hope to expand the show soon and head out west to interview full time prospectors and see what it is like and hopfully be able to help the fight for you guys in CA.

      Every rainy season and spring run off washes trillions of gallons of water through a small stream alone when you get to creeks and rivers it 10 times more.Those are people who know more than the fish and game people who knew their job better than anyone.But democrats are getting rich off the green deal so they made their own stupid rules.I use to dredge Yuba river and the feather river.and they said we were kicking up to much mercury.and the spring run of or rainy season stirs up trillions of gallons of water than the largest super dredged can ever dream of doing.mercury is a common element in gold bearing areas and it moves like the water flow irreguardless of what ever dredge or no dredger it keeps flowing and it was their before mining and it will be their after.But how you going to tell politicians bought off by green deal corperations for millions.

    I remember you now, I met you in Byron Maine at the boy scout camp they called it, you had 2 buckets of paydirt, this was 6 or 7 years ago, you were camped about 1/2 mile away, and carried 2 full 5 gal buckets away from the boy scout camp, I told you I would not touch them and to leave them here, my buddy in the white van said latter he picked you up and took u to your camp site , Murray here and my buddy was Tim ?

    Like to be Brain, always at lunchtime or breaking all day long and gets gold in the box, he has to be planting gold, because you never see him underwater dredging. In Alaska they call that scamming for gold. Someone talks and the other plants gold in your box, then the other underwater for five minutes, wow look at the gold in the box

    • @AmericanGoldProspectors
      @AmericanGoldProspectors  Год назад

      I never planted gold in my life. What you see in the videos is what I get! Thanks

      @markcrum2389 Год назад

      If you don't plant gold then why is it that you never let people see you dredge but there is always lunchtime. Coming back for lunch, there always gold in the box, but NO ONE SEE YOU WORK FOR YOUR GOLD. THAT'S PLANTING GOLD????

      @@markcrum2389 Lunch time is when I take a look in the box. I can't take a look in the box when I'm dredging. Also I can't make a video with me dredging underwater for hours. That would be boring as hell. No one would watch a video like that.

    I always thought that the reason why hobby prospectors don't make any money, is because their dredges are too small, turns out its because you guys are standing around chatting all day long about your dredges ;-)
