I use a brother pr 620, six needle embroidery machine... but you can do this with a single needle embroidery machine it will just take longer.

go to hobby lobby you can get one real cheap in a wedding section. Or go to joann fabric and do one without embroidery it will look just as good and add hot fix on the edge of the veil and it will look really good and be real cheap
