- This week was...something. Luckily I pushed through because the last thing I want to do is quit AGAIN! Looking forward to hints of progress and less fatigue :)
I really love doing workouts with Juice and Toya (on YT). They got me through my NYC Marathon training without injuries. They have a large range of workouts and they don't do repeats a lot of the time. They don't yell at you, they introduce and then get to work. you get audio cues along the way and in most cases, they will show you what is coming next so you don't need to waste your time figuring out the move. I highly recommend trying them out! :)

At this point a large part of the improvement is probably from the muscles learning what you are asking them to do rather than all building strength, but it is an important part of the process. Keep up the good work, and maybe give the alternating arms, legs, and core days strategy a try to give yourself some recovery.

On Day 30 you should do the exact same workout you did on Day 1 and compare!!

Well done. You are doing an awesome job to get movement in every day. I went nuts walking and running on Wednesday and have stalled since. It’s now Friday morning down here. Will get something in. My brain kind of skipped over the fact your sessions are a month plan 😂 excited to see your progress. I will see what Feb delivers in the movement completed here

I used to live at the gym in my younger days. Over-training never does ya any good. You need a rest day after so many workouts and each muscle part shouldn't be worked hard every workout either.
But I hope you continue the training beyond 30 days. Running is OK, but it just can't do what working all your muscles can do.
That's the goal! To continue after 30 days. Just gotta push through the beginning parts
