I don't have a molder but I do have that baking tray for the oven, I mean not the right material to ise basically but I do have almost everything else. I will try to make this ising the ones thay I have at home, hoping to have good results thanks for the recipe

Just keep the proportions. Try 2/3 of the recipe first and just add when you need to. Or you could do the whole recipe and just have a mini cake in a small container. Your choice. Hope this helps and thanks for watching!

How much gelatin did you use?
I use 1 sachet or 10 grams of "Ferna" brand gelatine for every 3 cake molder that is same in the video.

This is my question too.. I think the molder was change on the last part of the video that's why she was able to separate the cake from the molder.
