- Hi friends! another day in winter wonderland 😍💙
I'm going to exchange an old container at one of the recycling stations into a new one 🥰
the plow truck didn't manage to fix the road before I got there, but I could change the container without any problem 😃
we open the container so that the people will be able to reach to throw their stuff 😎 and I do have my electric drivers card in my truck, but there's a fault with the reader ⭐

@@diggmore1362 northern Europe sees a lot more snow than the UK and are prepared and ultimately used to the conditions but rain the UK has more than enough of that 😂

Uhhmmm...You get that in order for her to be able put the padlock in the driver's cab so it won't freeze she has to unfreeze it and take it off the gate first right?
@@GoDaddioTV He was referring to when closing the gate, she had to de-ice again. If she had put it in the truck she would not have to de-ice a second time.
@@Robertius Truckers like Angie 'n me know a frozen lock is easier to put back on a gate than it is taking off because it's just a steel lock that's really cold and not frozen, now you do too.
If worse comes to worse pockets are good for putting things into, like a lock you just took off a gate for instance, but hanging a lock on the gate close to where it locks is a really good place to find it when you need to relock the gate.

Meh, I'm a flat-deck Trucker in Canada. With proper winter/arctic work gear and working outside you stay warm and don't really notice the cold, you get climatized to it...having to wear steel toed boots can get a little chilly sometimes though🥶🦶
@@GoDaddioTV Haven't you got these with carbonfiber toe caps we use in Sweden in really cold weather? We use them working outside all day. Nice to have!

Because I'm a Flat-Decker and the loads/sites etc. I have to, carbon/fibre-glass toed boots are against Industrial Workers Code because they don't have the same crush resistance as steel, you won't get the same Compensation if it's discovered you weren't wearing CSA, Canadian Standards Association, approved steel-toed work boots after...

The modern ones work boots and shoes with carbonfiber composite (not fiberglass) are approved by Work safety standards in Europe EN-20345 S3 HRO for that duties you are talking about, one model are TG80420 (Toe Guard Alaska!) if you want to check. Love my Arbesko and Stålex Arctic Sweden.
