I found you 10 yrs ago and subscribed. I had just had a major surgery that put me in bed for 18 months to recover. I had/have seizures, now a new tumor appeared on my last scan. Dr. Diagnosed me with epilepsy and now this. You and Dan, both channels and Dil (lol), have pulled me through some dark times. Happy your doing ok! Wish you all the best!
Wow Kyle, your British accent is so believable! Congratulations on your accent work On a more serious note though, it’s good to see that you’re happy :)
I love how positive you manage to be about your dizziness, while still acknowledging that it is Not Fun Or Ideal! I started having what sounds like a very similar issue to yours back in 2019 (still not sure of the cause, but I did find out I’m immuno-compromised so that’s snazzy), and I’ve been constantly lightheaded ever since. It absolutely sucks, but your positivity and ability to look for the silver linings in these scenarios is really inspiring!
I recently found out I’ve got a chronic health condition and it’s gotten me really down lately. You saying you’ve had similar feelings and your outlook on it makes me feel way better - thanks always, Phil.
I actually had strange dizziness too lately. And it took a while but we now found out that my back and neck muscles are so tensed up that it was making me dizzy. So, I've been wearing scarves and getting daily massages and since then, I've been feeling okay again :D very weird experience for me
Hearing Phil talk about his medical issues with such certainty and positivity is really nice. As he sums it up, sometimes you just have to learn to deal with something, you only have the one life, so just do your best with what you’ve got. I’m currently dealing with chest problems from ~Long Covid~ that have been giving me serious anxiety and panic, even though I know it’s probably just left over congestion and weakness from when I was sick (it’s been a week since I got over it). The symptoms were so hard to handle while I was sick that at one point I literally called 911 out of panic, but they gave me a (technically) clean bill of health, just Covid being Covid. I’ll likely see a doctor sooner rather than later just to be careful, but I’m not a high risk person who usually has medical issues pertaining to my heart or lungs and I’m only 21.
Wishing you all the best with your health. Definitely see a doctor if it's concerning you, but hopefully it's just the last of the virus and your body building its strength back up again and you'll be back to normal in a few weeks Don't put too much pressure on yourself, rest when you need to :)
I love you Phil, I've been watching you since before Dan appeared. As a bi woman of a similar age, Cruel Intentions had the opposite effect on me. Sarah Michelle Gellar is the best. I feel you about the "I got tired of being sad about it and now I've accepted it" thing. I got chronic fatigue syndrome after getting covid in January of 2020 and spent about 2.5 years on the couch feeling bad for myself about it. I think it was good to spend that time mourning the things I couldn't do anymore, but now I have a wheelchair and I'm back in college and I'm kind of over it for the most part. Honestly once you make it through the "everything sucks and I'm dying" portion being chronically ill isn't really that bad. It's like that old adage "you get used to hanging if you hang long enough" but made positive.

It's so nice to hear that I'm not the only one who suffers with vestibular migraines. I've tried to explain it to people so many times and in so many different ways about how it effects my everyday life and to hear about someone else's experiences makes me feel like I'm not alone. Dan really said water the plants or ELSE! But at the some time, we love you so much Phil! Thanks for always brightening our days! You are incredible and creative and deserve the best!! I hope that you continue to be happy and that your health thrives! Have a wonderful day king!!!
The part about how we only have one life so need to make the most of it really hits home. Similar to Phil I've developed this chronic nausea where I feel sick pretty much every day. And for ages I was so depressed from it, just wanting it to finish so I could go back to 'normal' life. But a year on and it's still here, so I just need to accept that this is my life now and make the most of a bad situation.
This was such a sweet video:)) I've been so incredibly busy lately and it feels nice to just sit down and find some comfort in watching this! I also deal with chronic illness and it felt so nice to hear someone else opening up about it, especially one of my favorite RUclipsrs:) I also love what you said about trying to see the positive in it. After dealing with pain and illness for about 7 years I've learned we all have our own 'normals' and need to go at our own pace of what's comfortable and practical. We shouldn't have to feel guilty or like we shouldn't talk about it, there's nothing to be ashamed of
Sometimes I think about how there's a very real chance a new celebrity or influencer or whatever will be someone who watched your videos growing up and will have learned how to set boundaries from you. You're a sweet and humble being, but glad you touch on the importance of privacy while still being in the spotlight. I suspect it is going to help a few people in the future who will be in similar boats.

I have struggled with a similar weird dizzy thing for a couple of years now and I'm finally able to see a neurologist and a physiologist about it. You talking openly about somethings like this makes me feel less weird, I get teased a lot for the ways I have to cope with my dizziness and it's nice to know I'm not alone. :)
thank you for opening up about the problems with your dizziness!! I've developed some chronic health problems (I think from covid) and it's great to see one of my favourite influencers opening up on how they try and deal with it x
I have a family member dealing with this too. I'm so glad you're finding a positive way to live with it! Sending my best wishes that you continue to improve
Hey Phil! I'm sorry to hear that your vertigo hasn't gone away. Have you considered that perhaps your dizziness is caused by your ear crystals shifting? It happened to someone I know, and was resolved in a short time with something called "The Epley Maneuver".
Phil, I'm so sorry to hear about your dizziness - I experienced the same debilitating, drunk-disorientating, maddening symptom for 3 years or so whilst recovering from a virus, which turned into chronic fatigue syndrome, it was AWFUL. BUT, it has GONE now. I have the odd bout of it here and there, but mostly, it's gone. I'm aware you're having treatment which is great, but definitely look into Nervous System Regulation tools. Once I learnt about that and started to apply it daily, it healed my dizziness PLUS tons of other weird symptoms quite quickly. I basically felt drunk, dizzy and jet lagged all the time, horrible. You CAN heal. I'm so grateful for how transparent you're being about it - I struggled to have the same openness when it was bad. I also loved what you said about how it's important to still live and enjoy things despite it!
i am really glad you started to feel better phil! i am currently waiting for a diagnosis for coeliac disease and it's been so hard on me. it may not be life threatening but it's a life changing situation after all, i am sad of the probability of never eating my favourite food again but hearing you talk about your health issues in such a accepting way has made me feel a little bit better. i know this isn't the end of my life and won't be but i am still scared so thank you so much for sharing us your view on things. i really admire your positive mindset ❤️🩹 ilysm
My mom has the same exact diagnosis of PPPD and vestibular migraines. She has been living with what you described for the past 5 years. I immediately sent her this video and now she really wants to get in touch with you. Thanks for talking about it because it is so real and it really made her feel less alone ❤
the growing together pack coming out for the sims would be so good for a dil revival but I know it'll never happen ;-; love the vid Phil !! Glad you're getting meds for your dizziness :)
Th bit on dizziness reminds me of a friend of my grandmother's suffered from migraines all her life but chemo did something to her symptoms to cause it so she still gets the migraines, just without the pain. All the other symptoms are still there to let her know when they come, just no pain. Bodies are just crazy wakey things.
watching your videos always brightens my day, thank you. also i’m glad you’re managing to stay positive despite the dizziness, that must be tough to deal with. i’m chronically ill with fibromyalgia and temperature regulation issues and you’re so right, we only get one life and it feels rubbish to just stay down in the dumps. we’ve got to look after ourselves and keep on living life in whatever way we can

I’m so happy you’re back Phil! I love how you see your problems from a more mature and positive view. It inspires me to have a healthier mindset like you.
It's so nice to hear that I'm not the only one who suffers with vestibular migraines. I've tried to explain it to people so many times and in so many different ways about how it effects my everyday life and to hear about someone else's experiences makes me feel like I'm not alone. I'm sorry you have to suffer through them, thank you so much for sharing your experiences with them. It makes me feel hopeful. (:
We shouldn't have to feel guilty or like we shouldn't talk about it, there's nothing to be ashamed of
Oh gosh, the PT for vertigo is the WORST. Sorry you're dealing with that. (I also have migraine, so I feel you.)
dan will be on the earliest flight to london once he sees the cupboards
Sometimes I think about how there's a very real chance a new celebrity or influencer or whatever will be someone who watched your videos growing up and will have learned how to set boundaries from you. You're a sweet and humble being, but glad you touch on the importance of privacy while still being in the spotlight. I suspect it is going to help a few people in the future who will be in similar boats.
PHIL! sending you the ultimate healing vibe ✨~ ✨re your dizziness! i appreciate the way you’ve always open and outwardly positive about health issues. you are a great example for a hypochondriac like me!!! 🫶🫶🫶
I also have PPPD and I have suffered from it for about 14 years. It’s very hard to feel like this everyday but I’ve gotten used to it so it’s more annoying then scary. So I feel you Phil. Dizziness crew unite 💪🏻
lester! i’ve been having some weird medically things and honestly i was really scared to go see a doctor but you videos on your experiences and how there’s no reason to feel any way about going have really been helping so ✨thanks✨ :)
Glad to hear your dizziness is at least not as bad! I hope you keep having fun and making content you like :D
thank you for opening up about the problems with your dizziness!! I've developed some chronic health problems (I think from covid) and it's great to see one of my favourite influencers opening up on how they try and deal with it x
I get vertigo whenever I get a migraine. Except I also get the headache. I'm glad you're adapting to the dizziness and getting over health setbacks ❤️
I have a family member dealing with this too. I'm so glad you're finding a positive way to live with it! Sending my best wishes that you continue to improve
the kyle throwback reference killed me a little bit
Hey Phil! I'm sorry to hear that your vertigo hasn't gone away. Have you considered that perhaps your dizziness is caused by your ear crystals shifting? It happened to someone I know, and was resolved in a short time with something called "The Epley Maneuver".
3:46 okay but you literally shot Dan in the balls when I saw Interactive Introverts-
Phil, I'm so sorry to hear about your dizziness - I experienced the same debilitating, drunk-disorientating, maddening symptom for 3 years or so whilst recovering from a virus, which turned into chronic fatigue syndrome, it was AWFUL.
I also loved what you said about how it's important to still live and enjoy things despite it!
we love the clickbate Philly 🤩 You and Dan are getting so good at enticing titles lol
"do you fancy men"
"unfortunately"
that's a whole mood
I've missed you Phil. It's barley been a month but I've missed you :)
i am really glad you started to feel better phil! i am currently waiting for a diagnosis for coeliac disease and it's been so hard on me. it may not be life threatening but it's a life changing situation after all, i am sad of the probability of never eating my favourite food again but hearing you talk about your health issues in such a accepting way has made me feel a little bit better. i know this isn't the end of my life and won't be but i am still scared so thank you so much for sharing us your view on things. i really admire your positive mindset ❤️🩹 ilysm
I've had celiac my whole life. It is definitely hard at times, but it gets easier! Good luck :)
2:13 phil. I work in a bar. getting drunk for free almost never ends well lol.
Always nice seeing your videos, Phil. I’m glad you’re doing better health-wise and still getting your money’s worth from the firework.
My mom has the same exact diagnosis of PPPD and vestibular migraines. She has been living with what you described for the past 5 years. I immediately sent her this video and now she really wants to get in touch with you. Thanks for talking about it because it is so real and it really made her feel less alone ❤
i love your commitment to still using your fireworks effects i hope it was worth your money lol
Phil wearing Christmas socks in February (almost march) makes so much sense
the growing together pack coming out for the sims would be so good for a dil revival but I know it'll never happen ;-; love the vid Phil !! Glad you're getting meds for your dizziness :)
This genuinely made my day so much better!! I've missed Phil, I'm so glad he's back and doing alright 💜💜💜💜 his weird humor always makes me smile :33
Awww, yay!
I've been re-watching the Dil videos this weekend for the first time in years, it's been lovely :)
te quiero mucho Phil, no t mueras nunca 😿
Th bit on dizziness reminds me of a friend of my grandmother's suffered from migraines all her life but chemo did something to her symptoms to cause it so she still gets the migraines, just without the pain. All the other symptoms are still there to let her know when they come, just no pain. Bodies are just crazy wakey things.
the way you avoid the question about dil.. i see you and what you’re doing and will go back to rewatch it to keep him alive
They killed him didn't they😭
watching your videos always brightens my day, thank you. also i’m glad you’re managing to stay positive despite the dizziness, that must be tough to deal with. i’m chronically ill with fibromyalgia and temperature regulation issues and you’re so right, we only get one life and it feels rubbish to just stay down in the dumps. we’ve got to look after ourselves and keep on living life in whatever way we can
“I’m gonna kill introverts.”
But we’ve supported you for so long, Phil
Oh heyyy I have vertigo associated migraines! It took almost a year for us to figure out what it was since the wibbly wobbly was the main symptom. Welcome to the timey wimey club and good luck on the Underground and buses 🤞
The way I would literally die for this man
I have vestibular migraines as well. It's really good to see someone else tall about the struggle of constant dizziness. Thank you for opening up to this.
im so happy to hear from you phil
I keep coming back to this video at the moment cause one of my housemates got a bunch of headaches and then started to get dizzy times that are really similar to what Phil gets.
Genuinely, I would be so lost if I hadn't heard Phil talk about this - so thanks for that! Definitely making all of this a little less scary
