Too many of us get passed over and ignored because we understand the importance of hard work, attention to detail, and doing things right. Things have gotten too easy, too disposable, too fast. No one knows how to truly slow down and appreciate the process anymore. Our world needs more of what you showed here. Thank you.

Grounded thoughts, saw dust & dirt are primal. Primal maintains the connection to our roots. Money comes and goes but the details of how a life is lived matters most. The smell of dust and dirt can't be replaced with WATCHING somebody else enjoy the labor & activity. Keep doing you Homie...

I feel this video in my soul, man. I can't tell you how grounded I get when I go out and just work on our property. It's my go-to when I'm stressed or when life is kicking me in the balls. Love your videos and love the brand and what it stands for and represents, man.

That's right! Delegating, delegating things to others is always an option. But happiness to do it yourself and enjoy the process, the result, the mistakes is a rare chance.

Love your message in this video and can relate not to the magnitude that you are working but in a smaller scale. The "normal" people are always telling me I'm "doing too much". Which sometimes makes me second guess myself but it is in the "doing too much" that gives me pride in how I choose to live my life, gives me confidence because I'm keeping promises to myself that go deeper than any critic will ever understand. I always look forward to your videos and Dana's You both are down to earth hard working people to the core and don't let the social media fame change it.

Wow I don’t think I’ve connected with that last statement more than anything I’ve ever heard it gave me chills. Maybe it’s because I’m also setting up for a saw mill at my place and going to buy the same brand mill for the same reason and I didn’t even know you guys were already doing it, I just happened to come across this video even though I’ve been following you guys for about 10 years now. Thanks Rob, I’m sure you hear this all the time but your words and actions inspire many.

Robb, thank you so much for this one especially man. I can admit I have no accomplished near what you have. I am even quite a bit older than you. Bad decisions earlier in life have me behind schedule but I am grinding it out now fighting through my self-inflicted issues. But I am often criticized for not taking easier routes. The reason I grind out the hard way is to maintain and stay true to my principles and values. I need to hear this whereas it was encouraging and inspiring. Keep doing what you are doing. I am proud of you.

Rob you hit a lot of homes on this one. So many trades people can relate. I am an electrician by trade but build may things. Like you said it is hard to explain to people why you work your ass off doing something when you can just pay someone to do it. It is called pride. Thank you my friend.

I think what you're doing (with these videos) is just what they need to be. They're not misleading. They're a glimpse of what it looks like to continue...to continue to show up without wavering. It doesn't matter in what arena. It just matters that you're there to affect the arena. No one has to approve except the face in the mirror. Keep doing you. ⚡

Details & principles. So much, yes. It's like parents who want to hire everyone else to raise their kids every hour of every day, I like being the one who sets the positive example for My son and instills his morals values amd ethical foundation I'm his compass. I like being the person who my son can look up to , it takes a lot more time and effort to be a constant source of education and communication to teach and lead that way but it breeds respect results and a prepared young human . Random thought. Anyways ya , cool. You become more experienced when you do things yourself also, especially if you're doing something you wanna get better at in the process simultaneously. Amyone, who doesn't get it, isn't on the right or same frequency, and that is what hinders, imo not you doing what calls to ur soul. That's just what people say who aren't meant for u. Not everyone can handle the truth .that's the truth.

I dont actually know anything about sawmills or cutting lumber on a sawmill but I see alot of people on youtube putting little wood spacers like every 2' along the top of each cut piece of lumber before stacking the next piece on top to help it dry out and not twist or bow. I could be way off but thought it might be helpful to mention. Amazing sawmill though. Looks awesome. Fnf cutting boards and slabs coming soon? Lol.
