      Yes, I'm enjoying using it so far. I can understand why Arken took it on and is competitively priced with the rest of the market.

    Can not send ballistics data from phone. Tried everything

    Same as others have said, mines connected to wifi but on the phone but the app still just says "connect device". Do you know of any solution to this problem please? My phones an android ( moto), works fine with hikmicro app, have tried re installing arken app but no success.

      Hi, Have you found a solution to your problem? I have just bought the 312R, but it won't connect to the wifi on my samsung a34 5g. In contact with Arken, but they haven't come up with a solution yet.

      @@stephenboyce6765 yes, sorry I haven't been back here to update. It turns out for me, turning off mobile data is what was required.
      So first of all, make sure (like they've probably said), make sure your app permissions such as location etc are enabled. Then turn off mobile data, and connect WiFi to Zulus. Hope this sorts it for you!! 🤞

    Mine will not pair with the phone. It connects but will not enter the device or update the software. So frustrating.

      @stephenboyce6765 it seems to work when you have location turned on. Have to check though. Still frustrating.
