Thank you for making my decision on this much easier ! The seats are without a doubt badass and look like they belong in the car. I was on the fence because I didn't want to give up my seat warmers and the seat height adjustments. I live in Oklahoma and the weather here during the winter can get very very cold. I was willing to maybe part with it though as I've gotten along fine without seat warmers with my older vehicles.
However the loss of that feature coupled with the airbag light on , the passenger safety issue and the seat not going back as far as stock has made me decide to bypass this swap. Which saddens me because again these seats look super nice. I don't know how tall you are but I'm 6'5 and my seats have to go all the way to the back for me to drive comfortably. There's just too many sacrifices for aesthetic purposes. I'm sure the seats themselves are comfortable and secure but I really wish they considered tall people when building the brackets.
This is the exact reason reviews can be very helpful. It's turned me away from purchasing these seats but that is a good thing. I'd rather know all of this in advance instead of finding out AFTER purchasing them. Thanks for saving me hundreds of dollars !
You are totally correct but I would like to add that I am already used to Driving a little more forward so its no longer something that bothers me, but yes I wish you could go further back, I took the bracket off to try and bolt it another way to get more space but no luck.
About the passenger safety I already have a fix and it is up on a video!!!
did you ever fix the air bag light on the driver, resistor? If so were did you buy it
I haven’t even messed with it to be honest, its something that does not annoy me so I haven’t even tried 🤷🏽♂️😬
Hopefully in the future if I find an easy fix I could try

Looks like I have missed your comment, Sorry.I believe you will be okey, I am about that height .... now I do have to bend my knee a little but but you will get used to it like I have

thats the issue for Me, I would lose the Electronics that came with the car, AND the tangerine color that came with the car. I Have a 2010 IOM Camaro RS with GFX and Tangerine interior Loaded
Loosing electronics is not a big deal for me because my seats don’t move as often and I Dont live somewhere where its always cold
But I also get the hassle some people might have🤷🏽♂️
