Now that mob is taken care of, expect season 7 to look like a movie, if it doesn't then yes it's dropped in quality, but for now it's been bc they put more focus into mob, which is fair bc it was it's last season (which looked phenomenal)

And if it doesn't I am willing to wait for an announcement. Cause I feel like if I obsess over when Season 3 comes out, stressing over deadlines, it is going to make an inferior product like season 2. So I would rather the animators and staff for season 3 take their time with it, so when more information is announced, the patience will be worth it. You gave some pretty bad examples to use for JC Staff's past titles. Sure they are known for slice of life like Toradora and Saiki K but they have handled well-known action titles before such as Toaru and DanMachi, so picking them for adapting an action manga is not too far off. Their works on the Railgun series in particular is quite great.

I don't really think if its actually possible to peak murata's art anymore. The standard he has set in the MA arc is so high that it would take far more budget than the animators actually get to be able to match people's expectations with anime. Murata's art is just on a very different level.
I have to disagree about season 2, i loved it and i i felt like it definitely gave something fresh and amazing fighting scenes, i really do hope they stick to the manga tho, just somehow pull off a miracle and save one of my all time favorite anime
It was thanks to my cousin that he introduced me to one punch man, we were bored and he told me that if I wanted to watch the show and the rest is history, honestly I get the people’s point on season’s 2 animation but tbh it doesn’t affect me as much, that same Spark I fell in love in season 1 was still there for me and it’ll be forever my favorite anime, not to mention it probably had some of the most badass opening intros I ever seen In my life that I even have them on my music playlist. I first watched it after having already heard people complaining about its animation quality, so I was bracing myself for potential terribleness; but I honestly didn't notice any decline in animation quality (or any other problems) compared to Season 1. I'll admit that I don't have a particularly discerning eye for visual quality, and if you say that you think Season 1 looked a bit better than Season 2, I have no objections to your opinion, even if I don't see it myself. There's a reason we got so many redraws in the MA arc, it's because obviously Murata is pushing for bigger and flashier sequences, and ONE is trying to write the story around what Murata does. It's why we got that god awful time travel asspull. Murata pushes hard for a big sequnce with a radioactive cosmic Garou in space, and as a result, ONE gets written into a corner and has to pull time travel out of his ass to make it make any sense. It's also probably why the webcomic has come back. ONE has been writing as he goes, and with the changes coming from Murata's suggestions, ONE needs to get ahead of the manga before it gets out of hand.

Actually MAPPA is animating the 3rd season. It was delayed due to the pandemic and set to release late 2023 or early 2024. Either way it was a bad idea in making the second game especially the ads.
It takes a special kind of incompetent to turn a Goldmine like this in a mudslide of sewage. A reverse Midas touch. Especially as season 3 could blow all the other series out of the water if they make it long enough to include Cosmic Fear Garou.

Zimaut is great with choreography and cinematic pacing, Atserc is amazing with VFX in 2D animation and visual story-telling, and Yusuke Murata -- the legend himself -- can keep all animations on model, and do a great deal of a bit of everything, while they all work on smoothing things out.
One Punch Man the Strongest honestly could've been a good game, but the moment they released Armored Boros (the very first event pull in the game), I realized how much of a cash grab that sht was going to be. I left early. They made it almost impossible to get event tickets except if you're a pay 2 win player.

I still honestly don't understand the complaints about JC Staff's Season 2 of the One Punch Man anime. I first watched it after having already heard people complaining about its animation quality, so I was bracing myself for potential terribleness; but I honestly didn't notice any decline in animation quality (or any other problems) compared to Season 1. I'll admit that I don't have a particularly discerning eye for visual quality, and if you say that you think Season 1 looked a bit better than Season 2, I have no objections to your opinion, even if I don't see it myself. But if you say that Season 2 looked WAY worse than Season 1, or that its animation quality was terrible in objective terms, then I have no idea what you're talking about. If anyone who thinks that ever reads this comment, I would honestly be grateful if you responded and tried to explain, because I REALLY don't see it myself.

Let's not forget, OPM has a fantastic artist... who unfortunately, is more interested in being horny and flashy than being narratively consistant. There's a reason we got so many redraws in the MA arc, it's because obviously Murata is pushing for bigger and flashier sequences, and ONE is trying to write the story around what Murata does. It's why we got that god awful time travel asspull. Murata pushes hard for a big sequnce with a radioactive cosmic Garou in space, and as a result, ONE gets written into a corner and has to pull time travel out of his ass to make it make any sense. It's also probably why the webcomic has come back. ONE has been writing as he goes, and with the changes coming from Murata's suggestions, ONE needs to get ahead of the manga before it gets out of hand.

Honestly feel like the only person who didn't mind the 2nd season of One Punch man. Sure at first it was a bit weird to see the style change from season 1. But overall it was not that bad. And the story and world are so good even a mediocre adaptation would still bring a huge smile to my face.

Actually MAPPA is animating the 3rd season. It was delayed due to the pandemic and set to release late 2023 or early 2024. Either way it was a bad idea in making the second game especially the ads.

Nah the monster association Garou vs orochi, zombieman vs pure blood are all really dope fights they just need goo animation. Same with season 2 metal bat vs garou would’ve been way more badass but they studios seems to like trashing on popular manga like berserk, Tokyo ghoul etc

I really liked season 2, even though the animation was better for season 1.
If anything, I think Yusuke Murata, Atserc, and Zimaut Animation could single handedly animate season 3, and produce something on par with season 1, given what they've accomplished, animation-wise.

@@ElonMasks Have you seen the guys I mentioned though? Their works are actually stunning. Zimaut is great with choreography and cinematic pacing, Atserc is amazing with VFX in 2D animation and visual story-telling, and Yusuke Murata -- the legend himself -- can keep all animations on model, and do a great deal of a bit of everything, while they all work on smoothing things out.
One Punch Man the Strongest honestly could've been a good game, but the moment they released Armored Boros (the very first event pull in the game), I realized how much of a cash grab that sht was going to be. I left early.
They made it almost impossible to get event tickets except if you're a pay 2 win player.

I love this manga and I honestly feel it gets progressively better. The 2nd major arc is gonna be amazing.
I think the manga quality is gonna keep the series alive and I hope it goes on for a long time, because this is one of the best battle manga ever crafted.
