To me she looked she is ready to make a fresh start made up her mind. I also stumbled upon a channel CJ's crime concepts were there was talked about her necklace had and watch had a tracking GPS it's a possibility to me cause emediatly jp took her necklace and said they gave him her necklace when he went to see Her (probably to identify that it was Mica 🕊) It's not hard to believe we know what horrible things he did to Mica.

I am so happy to have found this video, thank you so very much for going into so much detail regarding Mica Miller's passing.
I do not believe that this case had been treated right from the word go, everything that happened before her death was already suspect and her numerous attempts to file paperwork and get away from her "husband" but she did not receive the help dhe desperately needed, instead she was gaslighted and isolated while rumours were spread about her.

@@raelynnweathers1161ooh, that’s brilliant. Switching phones…he put trackers on her vehicle, he could have easily planted a phone with park information already searched to get the travel pings from it. Maybe Mica turned her phone to airplane mode when she drives and he knew that, so a little extra insurance that maybe her pings wouldn’t be picked up but the ones on the planted phone would.
And after the deed was done, the doer might have taken her phone and planted the new one.

I got banned during a live interview tiktoker "true crime natasha cooper" was doing with the fisherman. It happened last night and she got angry with me, accusing me of "casting dispersions" by spreading unfounded rumors about the fisherman. She then proceeded to ban me after I asked her why she was trying to silence anybody questioning the fisherman's involvement in the whole thing. Wouldn't he be a crucial piece of the puzzle, since he was one of the only few people on the scene that day Mica died?
The fisherman is on record changing his story about the people on the boat for a third time. His latest interview with true crime natasher cooper, he came live on her channel to do an interview. (She says she'll be posting the entire interview on her rumble). He said there was a couple with their daughter fishing, and they followed him back to the parking lot. So, it went from 2 people -> 3 men --> a couple and their daughter fishing. I think during another interview, he fails to even mention the people on the boat altogether. I think he knows more than he's letting on. Only supposed earwitness in the scene being ruled out so soon is fishy.

That fact that her body was in the water means maybe trying to get rid of fingerprints, DNA, etc. they never looked for drag marks or footprints to my knowledge, and in a video that her family did there were tire marks in the bank leading into the water. Precaution on the murder's part, and to ensure no way to track murderer he had her cremated right away.

Been thinking about this part of the timeline and have some questions I will list below…
    2:54 p.m. - 911 call was made from an 843-area code number.
Mica Miller asked if her phone could be located and then "threatened suicide."
Mica hung up the phone before further information could be gathered by dispatch.
The telecommunicator tried to call Mica back multiple times and was unable to make contact.
3:03 p.m. - Robeson County deputies were dispatched to the Lumber River State Park for a welfare check and to attempt to locate Mica.
3:05 p.m. - Contact was made with the Lumber River State Park superintendent.
    3:20 p.m. - Deputies request phone ping.
3:31 p.m. - Deputies arrive at Lumber River State Park and begin the search with State Park rangers.
3:33 p.m. - Robeson County Sheriff's Office; Aviation Division; Air3 sUAV drone were dispatched to Lumber River State Park.
3:42 p.m. - Telecommunicator contacted Verizon to request an updated location ping.
3:50 p.m. - Detectives with Air3 sUAV arrived at Lumber River State Park.
While conducting an aerial search, detectives were approached by a person who said he found a bag while fishing with Mica's ID inside. Detectives took possession of the bag. The Robeson County Sheriff's Office findings said this person heard crying and then a gunshot. The person stated he went further into the slough where he found the bag about two feet from the water's edge.
    4:23 p.m.
    * An individual contacted Robeson County 911 and said he located a body in the water. He had been fishing on his kayak when he found the body.
    * Searching deputies secured the area for an investigation.
5:30 p.m. - Chief of Detectives for RCSO arrives at the incident location.
    5:54 p.m.
    * Detectives and RCSO arrive at the incident location.
    * The medical examiner was contacted and requested.
    * CSI technician photographed the area of investigation to include the vehicle belonging to Mica Miller. Items of evidence were collected from her car and the incident location.
    * Investigators located a Sig Sauer gun case in the passenger seat of the vehicle and a box of ammunition in the center console of the vehicle. Investigators also found a receipt for the handgun from a pawn shop and a receipt from a convenience store in the vehicle. Both receipts were dated for the same day of Mica's death. The serial number on the weapon found in the water at the crime scene matched the gun box that was found in Miller’s Honda Accord.
7:11 p.m. - The firearm is located in the water
    -----
    My questions:
*Why did it take 17 minutes for deputies to request phone pings?
*Why did it take 22 more minutes for Telecommunicator to contact Verizon for phone pings?
*Since deputies arrived at the park at 3:33, drone detectives arrived at 3:50, and deputies were notified by a fisherman about hearing crying and gunfire around 4:00, did the deputies and detectives hear gunfire and crying as well?
*Since the fisherman reported hearing gunfire around 4:00 and a kayaker called to report finding at 4:23, how did her body move, in shallow, stagnate water, 40 meters (43 yards), from where they think she shot herself to where her body was found in only 23 minutes?
*The first detective arrived at “the incident scene” at 5:30. The gun was found at 7:11. Why did it take detectives over 1-1/2 hours to locate the gun in the water when casings were found on dry land?

I believe someone caught up with her when she bought the gun and then intercepted her between the gas station and the park and took advantage of her own gun. And how long was she at the park before she was found deceased?
Easily someone could have walked over to her car when she pulled into the park and made her walk back to the woods as someone else made that 911 call from her phone.
Mica did not make that call and i hope ppl figure that out!
The police should be held accountable for holding her body until an investigation was done.
The police are either lazy or paid off to close this case! J.p. has a large circle of some mischievous people not to mention j.p. and his father have gotten away with alot of suspicious activities.
If the mortician seen the bruises and scratches while she was laying there it seems he would have made authorities aware before they cremated her body.

My friend hung himself from his favorite tree. The location meant something to him.
Another person I knew planned hers for weeks. She wrote a letter to her family. She called the Pet Cemetery to ask if her ashes could be spread on her dogs' graves. She used a gun. It was 1997 and she had plans for her future. But, she had a lot of pain and problems and addiction. She surely had trauma, too.
I believe an autopsy should be standard for every death outside of a hospital and sometimes even in a hospital if they might be ar fault.

That looks more like a homicide scene. It is suspicious that she was found in the water and in a swampy area. That doesn’t seem where most women would go at all. It washes away a lot of evidence, which is convenient, along with the quick cremation. JP’s attorney lives next to that park.
The only thing that makes it seem like suicide is the 911 call.
Other than that, it seems she was probably meeting someone there and was lured to her death. The call could have been AI, forced, or what is the possibility she could have been hypnotized? JP is a pretty diabolical guy, despite being a Pastor. Nothing would surprise me in how he might have tried to manipulate her.

Its interesting that he reached out to family with no response, and another PI with experience has been criticized by family in round about ways...Wouldn't one think you'd be excited for professionals with experience to aid, build the case..

SA does not make sense. I have a failed SA and I cleaned my entire home, paid my bills, went and got my favorite hot fudge cake. No SA is the same so trying to make heads and tails like this.. and add in that he had her on testosterone, on lithium, ect and we have no idea if he texted or called her or met up with her before this that triggered her.

Why would she shot herself in swampy area so close to a moving river, if she was so wanting her family to find her body that she called 911? And in a remote wooded area where there are alligators and other predatory animals that would no doubt drag it away? That makes no sense.

I TRULY BELIEVE THAT SHE WAS KILLED 😞 IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION & THEN MICAH'S BODY WAS PLACED IN THAT SWAMPY LAKE.
MICAH NEVER EVEN MADE THE 911 CALL
      IT WAS 👉A.I.
      👉 GENERATED
THE FAINT CRY STAGED 😡 BY JP's FOLLOWERS 👿
      THE 💥🔫 GUN SHOT
      STAGED 😡
REMEMBER JP. HAD TO SET IT UP TO MAKE IT LOOK & SOUND LIKE A SUICIDE 😔.
THEN THE LOCATION WHERE HER BODY WAS FOUND, IS IN THE VICINITY OF
      TOM WINSLOW BACK YARD "
      HOW CONVENIENT.
      TOM WINSLOW IS JPs ATTORNEY.

Is JP a qualified pastor??? Did anyone check on that?

    • @WyattRyeSway
      @WyattRyeSway 8 месяцев назад +1

You don’t have to have any qualifications in many American churches and his is one of them. The church has the necessary IRS designation and he just started working at his dads church (I don’t believe the dad has any specific qualifications either) and then started preaching.

The person who replied to you is correct, but no he’s not an actual pastor & didn’t go to seminary

@@isaacseo5280he started that church. Anyone can start a church and get a 501c3. He could have started a church of the flying spaghetti monster and called himself a pastor and it would have been legally legitimate.

Water is symbolic in religion... wash away sins. She has a prior SA with a gun. There is video. She google searched nearby park.

    • @TheEnigmaticmuse
      @TheEnigmaticmuse 8 месяцев назад +1

It wasn't nearby. It was an hour and a half away. There were several closer parks.

    • @mb-ob2ye

If someone arranged to meet with her and picked that park, she’d have to google it. She could asked her phone to find the state park but the voice to chat said, “showing state parks close to you,” or something like that.
Or she could have forgotten the name of the meeting place, natural under stressful situations plus she looked like she had no sleep in the footage of her, and so googled state parks close by to help jog her memory.

I said this in another yt..the family totally all needs to stay off social media and interviews with these junk you tubers...you have people all over the world listening then issues, things start happening..
Family was critical of a PI and another lady helping out..PI outstanding, yet seemed like some family dynamics brought out some things not good in some things they said on that yt..Justin, yt er, .think family needs to hear you say what you said here. there all over the place speaking out on social media, putting out comments, and from interpretation of what their saying sounds like trying to control the info, it all, and thats so not healthy..they lost control loosing this beautiful soul, and they kinda from social media perspectives have made things worse, such as people unrelated getting calls, threats, and all...everyone behind keyboard all over the world becomes an expert...a spokesperson from beginning or now would be viable for this family.
