Crab brain noodle is very common throughout PP. The one you had is missing the kapiek dip. That's what takes it to the next level. On a side note, I bring my homemade chili oil to every noodle joint I hit up there. Gotta have the chili oil with kuyteav.

Where exactly is the ground market in Chbar Ampov where you ate " mikola" ម៉ីកូឡា. Can you kind of give us the directions to find it. Thank you
maps.app.goo.gl/REqLfdTrYCvMjtve6, Starting from the Chbar Ampov bridge, roughly National Rd 1 going away from PP, go until you pass a large PTT station (right hand side) and get ready to turn left at the next stop light. Once you make the turn, keep going, its on your right.
The Ground Market in Chbar Ampov is located near the General Department of Identification (GDI) on Highway 1...it is in the same area as the Brown Coffee, Little Sheep Hot Pot and Digby's
I been to Cambodia couples of times it is Very hot eating over there and stomach VIRUS & Diarrhea is main concern.
The Crab "Brain" soup looks just like Bun Rieu,a Vietnamese noodle soup. It's one of my favorites.
Bun rieu mean crab brain noodle soup look delicious 😋.

first noodle is Vietnamese inspired noodles called Bun Rieu Cua just Cambodianized

@@jaykeen7163 I had a very huge crush on this Pacific Islander Marshallese girl during my teen years. she was brown skin with very exotic look and i built up the courage to ask her out, when i ask her she laugh so hard in my face. i've been traumatized ever since. turns out years later i find out she is now married to a Cambodian guy and is expecting a baby. i so anger and jealous by CAmbodian guy because they so much swagger and smooth with the ladies, especially around "brown" girls. i am very attract to brown skin Mexican/Latinas/Samoan-Polynesian/light skinned black girls but i fear they always reject me because we Vietnam usually very light skinned with soft look facial features and not compatible with those exotic looking women😒

Shaddup. Most of it is Chinese anyway in which the thai people also copied from. And the viets is just a replica of the Chinese too. These two countries basically took ideas from Chinese dishes and made it their own. Vietnam was colonized by the Chinese for 1000 years and the French for centuries, thus the invention of noodle dishes from these two cultures. Stop giving credit to people who also copied from others.
