When the police shows up and starts handing out complaint forms to the people who are parked illegally, it's pretty clear that you're trying to fight a symptom, but not the actual disease. Symptoms will *always* return if the disease isn't cured.

In my country, there is a law that says if you encounter an obstacle on the road: a) remove it if you can b) if not, call the owners of the property or the police and inform about the obstacle you should get a trawl and tow these cars, since you are 'able to remove the obstacle from the road'
So their argument is; it's illegal for people to put stickers on cars that are parked illegally because the people are having a illegal rally while placing illegal stickers on illegally parked cars. LMAO the logic of a mind grasping for reason in an unreasonable person

Russian police is divided into different branches who handle different types of crime. This police officer is not allowed to give traffic fines.

exTOMex a lot of the time, there isn't a true end. A complaint gets filed one way or the other, the police look at it, and then it gets dismissed
