I love how Alexi has invested in RUclips, getting a good DSLR, shotgun mic and multiple go pros in efforts to make his videos better instead of capitalising like pretty much everyone else
Camcorders are more suited for this type of footage anyways as they are a lot more stable without taking the humongous bulky road some DSLR-people take with huge ass stabilizors. ;)
i remember when he started long ago he was just a random stranger in other car vids of americans in japan like gittin jr. drift vid in japan & such working with those filming and all and now he got what he earned & deserve the best of it #alexiyoutheman
Alfredo rodríguez not really, on alot of Japanese cars you can just strap on a intercooler, ecu and turbo and you can get those numbers. it wont be reliable but you can do it
@@xerocookieable I looked it up and its about 80 km to the power plant. Thats a pretty save distance. Closer than 40 km and i would look at radiation maps before going somewhere.
thank you Alexi for making these videos not many car youtubers I can watch where I literally have trouble turning it off. I love how you show off the car culture in Japan it's really inspiring how accepting everyone seems Japan has definitely made it onto my bucket list. thanks again
alexi having more fun in a 12 minute video than i have all week. i love your videos man and would like to see a new one of you driving as well. keep up the good work and greetings from germany
The Drift Taxi is a good concept, but the true experience is in the front seat. As Alexi said, being in the back is like a pendulum, getting thrown around hard :-P
I love to see videos from those small race tracks in Japan. The surroundings kind of looks like here in Sweden, but still everything is strange and exotic. Great video!
the drift taxi driver really seems like a kind soul, gave me a big smile across my face :D but out of curiousity how is it with the insurance? lets say the driver makes a mistake and crashes and you get a *insert possible injury here*. is your own insurance taking care of it or do you sign something like "own risk"? really curious :D
Hey Alexi just want to say thanks for the great content and for getting me into the Japanese drifting scene, ebisu circuit and of course the cars also thanks too Adam (AdamLZ) for telling us about you in a blog otherwise I probably would never have know ❤️
First time I ever went drifting was in a Blue S14 drift taxi at Japfest Rock ' 16 and the first thing that surprised me was how smooth drifting is like there's not really any juddering. They're a great idea
Why does Alexi not have more subs? His content in my opinion, is some of the most fantastic you can find on drifting. Also I want a Noriyaro Shirt/hat! I hope he can start making them for sale soon.
sitting in the backseat whilst someone else is drifting is a totally different feeling. I been in a few back seats and normally feel bit woozy....U feel the gees so much more as a passenger even more so in a backseat....
I love how Alexi has invested in RUclips, getting a good DSLR, shotgun mic and multiple go pros in efforts to make his videos better instead of capitalising like pretty much everyone else
FYI, It's not a DSLR but it's a good camera ;-) Looks like a Sony camcorder style camera in the over $1000 (USD) range.
Camcorders are more suited for this type of footage anyways as they are a lot more stable without taking the humongous bulky road some DSLR-people take with huge ass stabilizors. ;)
James Thom iiiii
A gimbal would be a good investment as well.
i remember when he started long ago he was just a random stranger in other car vids of americans in japan like gittin jr. drift vid in japan & such working with those filming and all and now he got what he earned & deserve the best of it #alexiyoutheman
Trust me.
-Naoto Suenaga, 2k17
i laughed so hard at that part
Yuki .N i might add these fanboy weird comments get everyone maight cringy but incomprehensive
I suck at spelling
*"HARRO"*
:D
leberkas 7 was looking for that comment, him saying hello was the best shit i've seen all day
Suenaga is such a pimp!
Best animu voice acting to date.
TheBobes 777
Leberkas beste :D
His suit is so awesome :D
i need one of those
Riho Pütsep what I tho I love it i want one too
''HERRO!'' - A Legend
Woah woah...
he got some L’s in that “hello”
I love how you can see the happiness in his eyes, when hes drifting, that pilot is amazing
Imagine how much of fustercluck it would be if all regular taxi's were replaced with Drift Taxi's.
Glorious.
skaginμrface I would never drive myself again
l's be a taxi driver
skaginμrface I could just see the road filled with tire tracks and people paying their drivers to race/tandem
You want to let taxi drivers, guys who cant merge without clipping bumpers, to do tandem runs in NYC traffic lol epic
Actually super charged mark 2 Toyota chasers (JZX90) where used as taxi cars in japan. Saw it on donut media up to speed.
every video you make, i just want to go to japan more
same bro
Haha was there twice
Ethan Bradberry same here
If only plane tickets were cheaper.
paddle boats are cheap
Ride on a container ship
Or you could swim there. Doesn't take too long
Book months ahead and watch for cheap flights.
If only drift cars were cheaper to maintain.
The sound of a jz never gets old, badass video Alexi.
my favorite kinda taxi = a drift taxi
*fake taxi
Ezza is gaye
Tru
you're profile picture explains why :p
EZZA When’s school course coming in SINC?
I love how proud the Japanese seem in the accomplishments in drifting community's all over the world :)
You should help Ebisu make an english website and get some of that $$$ on the side
That Sparco race suit is baller
jzx's are the coolest sedans of all time
no doubt.
"Its making roughly 450hp"
Me like: WTF thats a hell of a tune
Alfredo rodríguez not really, on alot of Japanese cars you can just strap on a intercooler, ecu and turbo and you can get those numbers. it wont be reliable but you can do it
It's not at all, especially for jzx110.
dawg it’s a 1jz, it’s basically made out of antimatter how dense it is
if anybody is wondering it costs about $230(usd) $310(aud) £180 for an hour in the drift taxi
o13s considering how much tyres and petrol costs that a great price imo
o13s that's tire money
206€ !
@@zhain0 and it costs the same for 3 people, so yeah it is quite worth the money.
That suit is AWESOME!!!! haha
The best thing about this video is how everyone has a smile or just the facial expressions show how fun this is
I guess Noriyaro videos get me the most hype on RUclips.. keep it up Alexi :)
I love Suenaga!!! :D His Harro, his suit, his salute, hahaha XD Drift taxi driver game on point!
Over the years how much rubber particles do you think are going to be in nori's lungs lmao
S o l s t i c e about 4kg xD
S o l s t i c e At this point his lungs are probably a compound of its own ^^
S o l s t i c e more tar than a pack a day marb red smoker
next to fucashima so rubber is least of ur health problems

When Alex posts a video, nothing in that moment takes higher precedence. Always quality material!
This video put a smile on my face
They're going to have to provide bags for people to vomit into.
Jet Squid Motorsport bags or not, they are going to throw up into the helmey anyways
+Matii2222 It's quite difficult to throw up into an open face helmet...
Like in the French movie "Taxi".
alexi having more fun in a 12 minute video than i have all week. i love your videos man and would like to see a new one of you driving as well. keep up the good work and greetings from germany

some of those camera angles show how crazy and fast that really was looks awsome
The camera angle at 4:54 was awesome. Seeing the tire smoke billow up from your perspective in the back seat was sweet!

Loved my day trip going there, definitely wish I booked the drift taxi!
Awesome video. It would be great if you could make a video about the Drift School at Ebisu!
How is this different from a normal taxi? This is how they drive in traffic every day.
Jan Vehmanen lmao it's in their blood
of course it’s Naoto, dude is a legend in everything he does
*That has to be one of the best racing suits that I've ever seen..*
sitting in the backseat whilst someone else is drifting is a totally different feeling. I been in a few back seats and normally feel bit woozy....U feel the gees so much more as a passenger even more so in a backseat....
