Wiggles I just want to point out that you’re quickly becoming the most relevant 76 RUclipsr. You post the most interesting PTS content first on the subjects people actually care about. Other’s are days later or just lazy and copy what you’ve already shown. You deserve more subs.
I use gatling plasma non-power armor vats build almost from the beginning and changes to ap cost only mean that ill be able to shoot criticals for longer thus making it even more OP than it is now. On the other hand, all enemies seem to have more health so it'll stay the same as it is now actually
That's usually what I'm doing when I see an Earle fight pop up. I don't run a VATS build, let alone a crit build, so my weapons don't any actual damage to Earle, but I do have the DPS to quickly deal with the wendigos and a bit of fire damage to keep everyone's health topped up. It's really a win-win for me since the other players get to fight Earle undisturbed and free healing, and I get a load of easy XP.
@@Mr3ppozz Things like holy fire, cremator or anything that is starred legendary can have a 4* legendary added. Just can't do it on things like cold shoulder that have legendary effects like the cryo damage etc but they don't show stars.
His perk reduces stagger for an hour once per day. It works really well when paired with pneumatic torso mod. The once per day thing really killed it for me.
The thing I look forward to a lot aswell is getting my hands on the new raid weapons and that glorious new power armor, it's perfect since I love using vats in my power armor.
Your "magnificent" and "perfect" new power armor gives a very worthless increase regen to AR (about the same as one part with regen AR)..they haven't seen a damn thing, but they're already praising it XDDD
Depending on which 4 star you have , Ranger 25% when stacked both power armour and non power armour and they both stack together Fracture deals in 150 bonus damage against limbs that works with grenadier and demolition perks also increases the yield on 2 star legendary explosive effect. Maybe a bit too well. But extremely fun I use said stars on black powder I can take out a level 100 behemoth in one shot
Thanks for testing. I'm still on the fence about these new legendary effects. Feels like they are definitely not game changers just some extra help on top. Question is how easy they are obtainable once this goes live.
Looked back and forth on the dmg numbers and can't really see any diffrence betwhen no slayer's and with it. I know that the dmg numbers can be missleading but would be a good check to try earl without slayer's and keep 4☆ on the PA to see if it actually works.
I'm not sure if any poison damage is in the fight. It's the corrosive or acid dmg near barrels and fire dmg from vents. Stagger doesn't happen really in first person btw
Hello, Quick question here. I made a full set of Ghoul Slayers union P.A. for the communists in daily ops. I would like to know, is Earl Williams & the wendigos ghouls? If so I am going to use it when the colossal problem event gets started.
They aren't counted as ghouls, just like how Scorched and Mole Miners aren't counted as humans. All those race-specific effects really aren't worth the slot unless you're making a set of armor specifically for certain events (eg Mutant Slayer's for Eviction Notice, or Troubleshooter's for Test Your Metal) because a ton of enemies don't fall into any of the groups and you'll often end up with mixed groups anyway. (even the communists daily ops group has humans and robots in addition to the ghouls) Overeater's is the better effect for general use if you're trying to be tanky, though Unyeilding may be claiming that place with the recent perk overhauls.
Power armor is only good for heavy gunner. Most other builds benefit greatly from low health unyielding in turns of damage and utility however full health builds can be unkillable at the cost of damage. I prefer maximum damage so I clear things faster so I can move on to the next event, expedition, fight etc and I die often but when I'm alive I chunk whatever I hit
Depending on the build but yeah would be, personally I'm going all melee perks for 125% boost to auto axe DMG 🤣 so pounders and forget the armor one but +5% DMG per armor piece
@@xHARDCORE5150xu both couldn’t be more wrong the new mod for gat plas gives anti armor and there’s stabilized perk as well u want a damage legendary effect and if ur bloodied then ya that’s the one to go for but full health builds r every where and r slowly taking over
@@xHARDCORE5150x taking over because we can solo bosses still and pretty much never die , its ridiculous how many bloodied builds I personally see dying in daily ops and expeditions or even boss events

Dude not being on a team you’re missing out on so much damage - with strange in miners, you’ll get an extra 25% crit a damage, and with herbivore + vats crit tea, you’ll get an extra 125% vats. Overall, without magazines, with just mutations and strange in numbers, you’re missing out on 200% vats crit damage!!!

If you play in first person you don't have to worry about the spin down for shooting
Team play will really help this if you can get 1 or 2 players to concentrate on wacking wendigos
I suspect once a few players have starting getting 4 star gear, bosses will take seconds to kill.
I like to chuck nuka grenades during fights, even as a sneak commando helps keep others hitting the boss

I think the Joey Bella camp ally has a buff that makes you immune to stagger. I bet you could cut down the time a bit by using that.

I would have liked to see how this performs with Conductor's instead of Slayer's to see if you can stay in VATS indefinitely with it.
When I recorded this, Conductor's was only giving HP.

So 4 stars work outside raids? Cause some are saying 4 stars are only designed for raids.

Because that'll be annoying to re-apply/you'd probably lose damage somewhat.

When you start throwing grenades at Earl, he will start to phase in & out of the ground & the cave ceiling. Makes it even harder to finish the event.

100% it's anti armor or bloodied, anything else is just less than in terms of DMG
