I feel you are using normal 91octane petrol, the compression ratio will decrease with normal 91octane fuel once engine sensor detects sound/knocking characteristics you will get little less power more evident on lower rpm. For relaxed driving milega in 91/95 octane is same, with spirited driving less mileage in 91 octane, my suggestion is to pay little more and fill XP95. lower torque with this engine and 91 octane is annoying.

AC is very much underrated even in 1.5 GT. For similar cooling if Honda City setting is 25 Deg C then equivalent setting Taigun is 17/18 deg C . The bonnet is not insulated ( it is in TROC, Virtus ) which further hits heat inside front cabin. Music system is also primitive/basic. However driving comfort is superb & Highway fuel consumption is 19-20 and driving on hills is just a breeze

Drive experience and build quality are awesome but service is pathetic..10 days back I went for servicing..they charged 1 lakh for servicing and fixing multiple issues.. their spare is very very expensive..they changed two fuel injectors (24-25 k each..changed 2 tyres..suspension and gearbox issue)..their annual maintenance will cost 20-25 k without any major issues..mind we have driven only 35k KM..they have very few service centers...

As per the name( of your channel), I found Mr. Kuldeep ji replying honestly!! To your queries!!
    What I learnt!!
    1) Owner previously owned K10 engine Maruti car, so his transition was from a three cylinder to three cylinder turbo!
    2) With reference to first point, he may not have experience of maruti 4 cylinder 'makkhan' engine, that's why, he opted for a three cylinder engine ( a knowledgeable person, will never opt for a three cylinder engine, after owning a Maruti K10 engine!!
    3) There were times, when even Maruti 800 used to provide four cylinder 800 cc engine, that age is gone!! As per today's news, Nissan X trail, a very expensive car will be launched with a three cylinder engine!!
Maruti Alto K10 is the cheapest car in India!! Kuldeep jis transition was from cheapest car to more than 16 lakh car! Dhairyavaan hain!! My best wishes, and happy motoring!!

For 16 lakhs he got a car with best build quality with 5 star safety rating..
But Real life factors to be considered for day to day usage.
    1. Mileage in city bumper to bumper traffic wil be 8 to 10 kmpl only
    2. For 16 lakhs very less power , 1000 cc with three cylinder engine is not so worth. Naturally aspirated engine is always better than turbo engine in long run,
As there wil be lot of pressure in engine parts and more wear and tear in turbo engines and one can experience that after 4 to 5 years of using the car.
3 .Very less ground clearance of 188 mm which wil be difficult to manage in potholes with 5 passengers onboard..
    4. Lesser features compared to other cars what they offer..
    5. Very High maintenance cost compared to others bcoz of premuim costing parts and labour charges.
    6. Very Less service centres.
    7. Very low resale value of VV cars when compared to other brands..
    8. Interior quality is compromised and dont feel much premium for that price tag.
    9. Finally buyer will shell out more amount for 10 years of using and resale value of car will show the real ownership of using a car..
They had other options like creta , seltos , nexon , new breezza, new scorpio, new grand vitara, hyryder and much more other brands wil offer now a days..
Finally if buyer is happy after using, all these factors wont bother them much..

    Hello brother
Taigun 1.0 Topline manual vs GT 1.5 manual. Which is better in long run. For GT manual I have to compromise on some very good features but will get a bigger engine. Topline has all features, but concerned about smaller engine.
I am getting a good deal for both the vehicles from dealer. Onroad price of both cars is very close. Which is better? Pls suggest.

I have the Slavia with the same 1.0L engine (auto) for city use. After 30K of usage, I’ve still got 9kmpl average in city. I get the same mileage in my much larger 1.5L Hector Auto (in case anyone questioning driving style).
The 3cylinder engine in hindsight keeps torque very high. The Aircon also is not strong, so almost always on full.
    Hugely disappointed with that.
It’s fun to drive, and has a little pep. Strong build quality on outside; but interior plastics are incredibly cheap.

I also like same model, only negative is halogen headlight whereas Skoda kushaq mid variant ambition has led headlamp, so confused among those two which one to buy, kindly suggest.

Take my case for instance. Had booked a Taigun on 17 Jan. Have had the most horrible customer experience ever. Has totally spoilt it for me. I still want to buy the Taigun, but am at my wits end what to do. Have done everything possible, but there is just no Comms from the dealer and the sales rep. Kitna follow up karoon??? Abhi ye haal hai, not sure what will be their response after they sell me the car! A car is not just about safety standards, but about the overall customer experience. Itni der mein Maruti would have sold me 10 cars, Tata 5 and even Hyundai would have sold me at least 2 cars, despite their waiting periods. VW sucks. Sucks. I am sorry to spam your post, but your viewers need to know the shitall shit show they may experience.

kharab roads pe bachke chalna hai bas. abs sensor pat se kharab ho jati hai. ek ka 4,500/- lagta hai. baki wheel alignment hamesha thik rakhna hai. gaadi heavy hai so tyre jaldi ghisti hai.
waise chalti zabardast hai. best drive & handling on smooth roads. aut iska body or paint finish ka koi competition nhi hai. 8yrs baad bhi bas wash karane k baad brand new dikhti hai. aur inka underbody chasis protected rehta hai. so no rusting issue.

Ek baat aur kahna chahunga, 1 TSI engine se thodi better performance Citroen C3 ke 1.2 turbo engine ki hai, bas features bahut basic hain car mein, otherwise POLO 1 tsi ko compete karti hai, ya better hai performance aur comfort mein

No complaints about polo... however took a test drive of Kushaq 1 ltr variant and was not at all impressed bcuz of its engine vibration. Anyways I know this that kicks is a zero complaint car.😀
