I hunted a week of bow in the ANF last week and saw roughly 14 doe and about 8 bucks. Even 2 bucks fighting. While deer density is a lot lower than 2d, I think the buck/doe ratio is good. Good luck in rifle.

That spike looked like this years fawn, when I was in Virginia hunting a lot of there bucks first racks were like small 8 points, crazy good genetics where I was hunting
I haven't even hunted this year....and I live in Montana LOL

What’s the deal with there not being as many big bucks as there were before? Noticed all you guys not killing the same kind of deer as you did.
I wish Ohio would start an antler restriction we got to many dinks
need bucks that breed w/does that birth bucks, you probably have a dominant buck who breeds does w/does born
possible but I think its due to the fact that everyone hunts for buck until the last hour of the season when doe are at maximum pressure and hard to find. Plus with the fact that many bucks get shot and never found each year ( if you have followed my videos over the past couple years) would greatly increase doe numbers while keeping bucks at a minimum and younger age.
