Only had night rides on velocicoaster and the back row was the best experience I have ever had
I LOVE Velocicoaster, mainly because It was the first coaster that I rode to have Inversions, a big drop, 70 mph booster. I highly recommend it for people who want to get into coasters because it give you a feel for intense coasters then once you get to the second half, after the drop, you realize that your not going to die and start enjoying it.

As an enthusiast living in the Pacific Northwest, I always love seeing other enthusiasts who admit they haven't gone a ton of places.
My top 10 is wild though, as I've only been to Silverwood, Magic Mountain (in 2014), Hersheypark, PortAventura World & Ferrari World, Parque de Attractiones de Madrid, and Elitch Gardens. So your list is way better than mine!
What a great variety of parks to have visited! In my opinion having less credits and being able to expirence new parks and coasters is the best part of being an enthusiast!
I’ve been to like 3 parks
I have only visited Disneyland, the Adventuredome in Las Vegas, SFGADV, and Universal Hollywood. You have more variety than me!
I've only been to Six Flags New England and Disney World. Planning on going to Cedar Point and Six Flags Great Adventure soon though.
The parks I’ve visited are………. Cga, Santa Cruz beach board walk, and when I was like 12/13 (which was nearly 15 years ago) discovery kingdom.
Even though I know you didn’t actually dislike Millennium Force, I’m very surprised it made the top 20. Either way, I’m happy that Gatekeeper made the cut!

I had the EXACT same experience on the hulk this year lol. I was disappointed with my 2019 rides, but I’ve been to universal a lot with my family, so my mom and I snagged a couple back row rides before the end of our first day. She looked at me after and asked if I also started to lose my vision a little, and if that was a normal coaster experience. I said I was also dizzy, and we were both baffled, each having dozens of rides on this coaster in previous years. One of the weirdest and most pleasant coaster surprises
Went on hulk for the first time this past Wednesday. Can’t speak about how it ran in the past but I did greyout a bit after the initial launch
It ran great but the restraints kill it for me because it makes my head bang a bit

Montu was my first b and m invert and I rode for the first time at night… Holly hell that ride was trying it’s hardest to tear my face off. The intensity of montu is unlike the intensity of any other ride I’ve been on

@@adambuckler1398 when I first got off of Copperhead strike I was shocked on how amazing it was. I knew it would have amazing hang time, but it still blew me away. I didn’t expect the airtime, positives, or laterals; however, copperhead provided them for a satisfying and fun experience. Overall, I think that the ride is probably the most underrated coaster I’ve been on, and wish it would get more credit. 10/10 in my books.

Finally someone gives Maverick some respect, it is the best drop in the park and right now it's my number 2.
I saw Maverick and thought, oh that looks easy. Boy was i wrong! It's intense and packs a serious punch. The launch from that tunnel and quick left turn, scared the crap out of me!

if you think great bear has a super crunchy zero g roll, which it does, go ride afterburn at carowinds its really intense

although my range is very limited when it comes to theme parks, velocicoaster is also my favorite out of the ones i've been on. i love the launches, drops and inversions, and it was the first roller coaster i've ever been on that goes upside down.
Tbh I agree Kingda Ka > Dragster. I think it's very close, and both beat each other in certain areas, but Ka is noticeably more intense, and it has the floater hill that adds a lot in my opinion
I also really like the brakes on the top hat when you’re in the front row because your body falls forward and has nothing but the restraint blocking you from falling 400+ feet. It’s insane
Although I have rode none of those you say, the closest thing I got to those are Xcelerator. I agree on ka more than dragster, I’m a sucker for floater airtime and when I ride them, I would probably think ka.

I rode El toro 2 times in may, both times in absolutely POURING rain, and straight up was the best experience I had riding any coaster.
(Also it was a school field trip and that’s when I discovered half the kids there loved coasters as much as me.)

wow, Maverick at 3, I completely agree with your opinion, the second stengel dive is nuts you basically go inverted, my shoulders hurt after coming off of that ride in the back, that's how crazy the airtime is.

I only got one ride on Hagrids but I also got second row motorbike seat and also adored the ride! I actually liked it slightly better than Velocicoaster, thanks to a ride op stapling my legs into mush.
I’m so glad he put four universal rides here because I just went there and I 100% agree on all of them btw hagrids is so under rated and you are the first one I have seen put all four of these on this list

i only have 56 credits, and my top 3 are mako, velocicoaster, and toro in that order. and even tho el toro is at my home park, it’s been years since i’ve ridden it so i’m genuinely considering putting velocicoaster above it. we have a season pass for gadv tho so i’ll see in the spring!

When I went to islands I got 4 rides on velocicoaster 3 in middle 1 in very back at night and that was probably the best ride I have ever had on a coaster
I'm a Kumba over Montu guy as well and I've had that afternoon ride. One small thing, Kumba is almost thirty years old.
I'm surprised cannibal at lagoon didn't make it on the list. I feel like it should be in the mid 10s
my first b&m hyper was behemoth at canadas wonderland, and i loved it.

I got no clue how Velocicoaster will stack up to SteVe for me… but I actually like the Ka over Dragster pick. I have Dragster a little higher but that’s only because I haven’t done the front yet, if that underwhelms me I’m moving Ka up

When I rode Hulk it was so hot in the building/line and they didn't have ac so we were super dehydrated and almost blacked out on the ride lol.

As an enthusiast, I’ve been to so few parks I wouldn’t even have a tip 25. I’ve only ever been to Disney, universal, and kings island. I may go to cedar point this year, but I’m not sure. It makes sense that I’ve only been to those parks because I’m literally still a kid, yet somehow, I’m a coaster enthusiast.
Hulk was nuts this year. I don’t know what happened but it was hauling on all of my rides compared to previous years.
I think the trains on the velocicoaster look so, so good.

Next time you visit BGT, ride Montu in the back left seat either later in the day or preferably at night. I may be a little biased as it’s my home park and probably the coaster I’ve ridden the most. But I promise you will rank Montu much higher if you get a good day with good rides. They’re very up and down lol
I know how you feel I’ve been to the big 2 with Cedar Point and Magic Mountain but that’s about it. I have been to sea world San Diego but other than that I’m going to knotts berry farm in a few weeks

Velocicoaster is the best roller coaster by FAR, first you go into the best imalmin in the whole world, it feels just like flying its crazy cant really explain it, then you go into the great dive loop you kind of stall and get pulled forward at the same time, and it feels like you are diving deep into the forest to hide from the Raptors, and then you go into a whole bunch of near near misses and alot of ejector airtime, then you go into that second launch and that thing is INTENSE, then you go straight into the top hat climb and get strong Gs because you just came out of the launch, then you do the climb up which since it's so fast its stomach dropping, then the front gets extremely strong ejector, some of the best in the world, then that view is UNBEATABLE anywhere, then the back gets to the drop, and when I say this is the best airtime in the world, I mean it, you get EJECTED out of you seat and your out of your seat the WHOLE drop, and that drop is already stomach dropping because of the speed you go over and the angle of the drop, but then add you being out of your seat pushing with full force on that lap bar, you wont feel like you going to fly into space that strongly on any coaster in the world, then you reach the bottom that pulls strong Gs again, then with all of that speed you go through the transition into that stall, and it is insanely intense, then you go through that long ah stall and then you go into the second transition which is even more intense than the first into the stall, then you do a couple bank turns into the best part of the ride, the mosa roll, I cant really explain it, but I'll try my best, you enter into it and you are already discombobulated, and then all the sudden you get absolutely THROWN out of your seat, and all you can think is I'm going to fall straight into this lagoon right now, and that's an extreme understatement, if you haven't ridden it you wont understand; this coaster is the most unique, quality, and thrilling coaster in the world, all of its elements are 5 tiers above world class, all I can say now is you HAVE to ride it, ihope everyone on earth is able to experience this absolute masterpiece.
I prefer hulk to hagrid´s so that´s something i´d personally change but the list is amazing overall

Velocicoaster is definitely the greatest coaster ive personally been on, absolutely in-fkn-sane, the mosasaurus roll is the most intense inversion ive ever been on, especially if you dont hold onto the restraint - it genuinely feels like your about to become fish food! words cant sum up my love for the velocicoaster, its honestly just that good.
I’ve only ever been on the coasters in universal and islands of adventure and when I rode velocicoaster for the first time I had a gut feeling that this had to be one of the coolest coasters in the world. Even though I have only been on like 5 different coasters in my life I can say Wow it was so good that my friends and I rode it again immediately after our first time.
I’m going to the velocicoaster in October I hope it’s really fire
