I take turmeric also..but not with black pepper..I will have to check into getting it though..my otc I can buy food also or get otc stuff..have a great weekend
Yeah, one of my friends gets the OTC that they can use towards bills and food and other things like that. Unfortunately, my insurance company doesn't do that. At least at this time. But if I switch that I don't have as much coverage. Yes, black pepper helps tumoric be used within the body.
@Janice-h1v If the over-the-counter benefits is something that you need, is it possible to change insurance companies? I'm not sure if that's possible for what you need. But it might be something to look into. Right now I'm using mine to stock up on items that I use all the time. So that way, if something would happen to that over-the-counter medication help? I at least have a pretty good stock pile to last me a little while. I will pray that you get the help you need. So you can continue to get the items that you like to use. They are taking away our over the counter benefits with my insurance next year. I only got $50 a quarter. I bought normally melatonin with it.
