STROBES, probably the pilot who manages to maintain the feeling of flght reality, making you fly next to him in the cockpit of the fighter with the most intensity of all RUclips. It is not a question of better technology, it ‘s simply ... a matter of SENSITIVITY, perception and a strong will to share the SENSATION to the fullest. For this, it is evident that you need a pilot in love with his profession at the highest level. Thks. Strobes
4:40 was a little bit scary, coming over the top inverted while pulling some g's, only to discover that extra ridge line in front of you. Good call to stay inverted.
@@AV4Life that’s actually too slow, about 450kt to 500kt I guess. Every aircraft has its minimum speed for the low alt flying, for example T-45’s one is 300kt if I remember correctly.
It’s a military exercise it’s not like he’s just joyriding a $70 million dollar jet haha. I think they’re doing nap-of-the-earth-flying which is flying through terrain, because radio waves from nearby radar get blocked by terrain. Evading detection from your adversaries, in other words.
Weapons quality radar locks require line of sight. Anything that breaks line of sight or even reduces the radar horizon, like flying lower, reduces the enemy's detection range and increases chances of a successful mission and coming back alive.

Has to be one of the best F/A18 cockpit videos ever made. Just superb!
And here’s me thinking I look cool flying my cessna in between mountains...
Hey, at least you own it.

These videos are awesome!
Sick man. My dreams. Please post more like this
We used to call this area "flying the gravel pit". Giving the crew in the tower at 1:07 a nice show!
what area is this?
What type of speed thru mountains? 400+?
Holy crap. No wonder all those other countries' pilots want to go to Nevada to train.
Wonderhussy's gotta be down there somewhere. YIKERS!
Wow......👍👍👍😎
Future Blue Angel............
That was bad A$$. The upside down pop-overs were tight. I’d like to see a B-1 rock that course.
IT WAS WEAK BY ANY STANDARD...
Didn't know this was allowed in military plane s
low level flight? they all have to train for that, to reduce chances of detection in a high threat environment.
Yeee Yeee
Video is from a year ago yet every single comment is from this week.... huh, interesting.
Google's algorithms move in strange and mysterious ways...
Looks like about 500 knots.
Oh, I personally would’ve guessed 250 - 300 knots across the ground.

Hornet?
I believe so. Most of his other videos are at least.
It’s a Rhino/ Superhornet. You can briefly see the touch screen UFC which is only on F/A-18E/F (and Growlers too)
Geez man, is that really necessary
Research Israeli F16 Raid on a nuclear reactor. Just one example.
Flying under radar is an important tactic.
