S2:E2 Bruges, Belgium Walking Tour: Our Europe Cruise

On the second stop of our European Cruise we dock in Zeebrugge, Belgium and travel to Bruges (also known as Brugge & Brugges). We take a walking tour of the old town and see architectural wonders including churches, official buildings and structures dating back to medieval times. This city is sometimes referred to as the Venice of Belgium, due to its many canals running throughout. On the day of our visit, Bruges was hosting a marathon and the city is full of runners winding their way along the cobblestone streets. This stop is one of our favorite places in all of Europe. The vibe of the city and friendliness of its people captured our hearts, and we hope to return someday. We hope this information is helpful for those planning a trip to Bruges.
