Don't you just love when companies lock a basic feature behind a paywall just to then make a Premium version to that already "Premium" subscription? I know it's not fair to compare these 2 games, but if Terraria can have free multiplayer for anyone, anywhere, anyhow, you can too.
Unfortunately the way Minecraft's multiplayer is designed it's not as simple as Terraria's, but you can run your own dedicated server on your own machine for free.
I find it extremely unfair that java get free servers but bedrock players have to literally pay for it. Me and my friends schedules often dont match up and one of us will have a joint survival world but because the owner of the world has to be playing on it the owner gets ahead whilst the other person is still stuck in iron gear and a dirt house, all because mojang is tryna rob bedrock players.
At least bedrock players can join a friends world, that's a "free" server, where if Java wants to play with others at all it's either they are on the same wifi and still on your world or you pay for a server hoster or realm/ a separate PC just to host the server on
The Minecraft mob vote is evil. We've been doing it for years at this point, but each time nobody is ever satisfied with the result, because the problem with the mob is they show of 3 really cool mob ideas with different features and game mechanics that are cool but only 1 of them will ever be put into the game and the rest of them and the features that come with them will be vaulted never to be seen again. I think it's worth noting that Mojang is not a small company, they have the resources to add more then one mob a year, like imagine being that big of a company and adding 2 mobs and 5 blocks in a years time.
Please bring back minecraft Dungeons it was a popular game played by a lot of people. I've been playing this game for a very long time and waiting for something new. Please notice me

Ah yes totally want to play for a service that fixes 2 bugs per update and don't focus on the game breaking bugs that don't let you download your realm worlds nor have game settings that save when changing in game. Total waste of money
1. Cheats are allowed on realms 2. mods are allowed on realms 3. As a long time realm owner its %100 worth the relatively cheap payment. and i come from a lower income home.
Believe it or not, this is actually a better change. Once upon a time you got a realm and everything in the marketplace pass for Realms plus. Nowdays, you can just buy one of them if you don't wan't the other one.
Only thing that annoys me about realms is the render distance being locked because when im on it I can never see far on it when compared to single player.::

Java doesnt get free servers, they have to host the servers on there own, im not sure though.

Companies don't care, they'll make changes if it means adding new stuff to drain money from people.
