Revolutions don’t happen in army’s when everyone is well fed and well led, poorly equipped and poor leadership resulted in Russian defeats. Many troops lacked boots, bedding, ammunition and weapons. Their officers told those without a rifle to get a rifle from dead Russian soldiers-which was not good for morale … Russia had no real military strategy!??

So where do you see drastic force applied on young men in a lesser extent? Aristovich, a well known public figure in the Ukraine, asked: How is it, that the bad dictatorship, we fight against, has no need to apply force on young men to get enough soldiers, but we struggle even by using brutal animal hunting methods, rough beating and pointing loaded guns on them to get a part of the needed amount of soldiers convinced to protect the democratic and free Ukraine? Our soldiers even flee from the battle and ignore strong orders to attack in such numbers, that the ukrainian sergeants, captains and majors fear to tell the higher ranking officers about it. They prefer to hide the cases, because there is punishment for officers too, if the soldiers in numbers do not listen to given orders.

Ukraine is losing this war, they should've came to negotiating table along time ago, they would not last long term against a super power and think that NATO is going to be able to carry them with just military equipment alone. NATO would have to use there own armies to help push back the Russians in order to keep them out of Ukraine's territory's. Which was never going to happen and if so then welcome to WWIII.
