The Chest Expander is the BEST trainings tool for the upper body (Arms, Shoulders, Back), but to work the chest i recommend push ups or full rom ring dips.
This tool is great. I gain muscles without touching a dumbbell. It is also better than the older European models, because it is shorter and has a better angle. This is one of the smallest gyms to use. Also good for travelers. No excuses any more, not to go to the gym. You can use it everywhere.
My girlfriend purchased this item for me to help rehab my surgically-repaired shoulder. After about 5 or 6 uses, only doing two standard exercises that are shown on RUclips by LifeLine USA one of the cables just snapped at the end. I didn't get very much use from this product and I am very apprehensive about ordering new replacement cables because I am very leery that they too will snap and I will just be out more money. A great idea made by very poor quality material. I cannot recommend this product to anyone.
