I have a much easier time negotiating with tech companies than trying to shake down entrepreneurs. To each as own but I love my model :)
"Flailing and flopping" 🤣 This is super helpful!! I SO appreciate your business model and it makes so much sense to me vs being told to paywall things through a funnel.
I have realized if it doesn't feel comfortable to me, I will struggle to sell and promote it. We're leaning into ease and flow in 2024 :)
