I'm a little late to the party, but what a joy to be able to watch a cooking show instead of an autopsy!🪦I'm thrilled that options for veganism are being showcased for the uninitiated, but personally I'd like to see less reliance on products and more cooking with real food... though I suppose the broccoli🥦industry doesn't spend many advertising dollars. 😁
When is the next episode? Note: the website doesn't work very well. I tried purchasing the book but no success. Another note on the judges. Being vegan, this the first cooking competition that I have been interested in. So I don't have what to compare to but I think the judges could describe the dishes a bit better or let the chefs describe them, followed by Like, Dislike, Unsure, or something like that.
Sorry for the late reply. Episode 3 came out, it is listed and we are releasing a behind-the-scenes episode soon too! We are also working on a new website and app currently so hopefully any glitches or difficulties you have found will be eliminated on our new software 😊
Thanks for your feedback💚We wanted to balance the food prep with discussion to showcase the accessibility (and fun!) of the vegan lifestyle since "Peeled" has such a BIG message to share. But you make a good point and we'll keep it in mind moving forward!🌱🙏
I've tried those Chorizo, Soppressata, and whatever the third one is. Way too salty. I'll have to try adding jam or a sweet salsa with it like these chefs did.
What's your favorite less-salty vegan charcuterie products? We're always looking for an excuse to taste test! Naturally they won't be to everyones taste but we loved them on top of a water cracker with a schmear of vegan cream cheese 😋🤤
25 minutes is not enough time!

I would like to actually see more food prep and less talking ….more like Chopped.
