There's an actual story behind them and it's interesting af. And yeah I've seen Vita Carnis, it's pretty cool, but I prefer the two I mentioned above. It doesn't really have any characters like the Mandela Catalogue, and that's my favorite thing about it.

Chucky. I'll never get over my fear of the tiniest resemblance of any small humanoid figurine packin a set of empty eyes to the gateways of hell. I never even saw the movie bro. My mom used to say if I wasn't being a good kid that Chucky would jump out of somewhere when I wasn't looking and get me. I was traumatized by it. Whenever there was a doll anywhere, I'd cry cuz I thought all of them were genuinely gonna come to life and rip my underdeveloped chestnuts off of my body and shove it down my prepubescent trachea. It wasn't until my middle school years that I started ironically growing out of the fear of horror movies and slowly became a horror movie enthusiast myself, but Chucky was the last scary movie on my list. Never saw it until I was 19. Even then, it brought back some really disturbing memories, but I felt better after watching them cuz I didn't realize what a punny little goof Chucky was.

I can relate to the commercial thing. One time - maybe about 2 years ago? (at the time I was like 10, too) - I was listening to the radio at around 12 in the morning, and if you don't know, my room was PITCH BLACK, so I couldn't see a DAMN THING! But anyways, I was listening to the radio, in a pitch black room, at 12 in the morning, and then they started playing the SMILE ad, and I was basically pissing myself in the bed because I thought that one of the creatures was gonna pop out the corner and just grab me, so I was PETRIFIED!
My old toxic elementary school friends peer pressured me to watch/play all these horror movies/games and stay up late so now it’s js the norm 😭
I’m a month late but when I was 7 , my country decided to rebroadcast the show “Supernatural” in 2017 and I watched the first episode till the end cause I loved the show , yet it gave me the dumbest fear I’ve ever had . The first episode as far as I can recall shows the mom on the ceiling and she is bleeding I think and I had the longest fear till 2021 of sleeping on my back cause I legit thought I would wake up to someone on my ceiling ,staring at me 😭

When i was a kid, i usually sleep next to walls and i swear i hear laughters inside the wall frequently i dont even know what that means and i dont tell anyone else. I'm not scared by that but just feel weird fr. My biggest fear is that when im in dark room and just suddenly feel someone else is there in the room standing in the dark infront of my bed, i would stay in the blanket even if my body is at 40 C degree.
